Philosophy Divine Color Long-Wear Creamy Eye Color

I used to have a severe aversion to cream eye shadows. I really love them now but needless to say I avoided them like the plague a while back ago and would you believe, total senior moment, I can’t recall why I hated them so much.

It puzzles me as I really enjoy the texture and look of a good cream shadow nowadays.

How odd.

Philosophy Divine Color Long-Wear Creamy Eye Color is a brand new color cream shadow from Philosophy. The colors are way appealing and the formula looks rather spot on too!

Let’s take a look!

These little guys come housed in a tube with a sponge tipped applicator for applying. The colors are vibrant yet mature shades of color that promise a crease-proof formula.

I find the colors very classic and age appropriate for me, I know, I know I sound terribly old at the moment but I do think the colors are very easy to wear and lack anything too crazy which is what I’m avoiding late.y

You can wear them alone or create a custom look by tapping shadow on top.

QVC is selling them in duos for $40 each ($20 per shadow) in the following shades:

  • Stardust
  • Sugar
  • Luster
  • Sage

Luster looks like a really wearable shade of dirty pink and needless to say I love Sage.

The Sage color reminds me of that fantab green cream shadow Clinque put out a few years ago! I missed that one, so I may have to pick up this one. =)

These remind me somehow of the chanel liquid shadows. The chanel ones truly don’t crease on me and cost a lot more than these so maybe I’ll try one and if it works – try em all 🙂
