Bath and Body Works Liplicious The Royal Collection Review, Swatches, Photos

Now that the royal wedding is overz…Thank you Jebus…and we haven’t heard too much about the Royal Honeymoon…maybe we can finally settle in and get back to reality.

Yes, I’m a Royal Wedding hater, I admit it.

Sorries!

Bath and Body Works created its Liplicious Royal Collection to celebrate all things Royal and Princess-like…groan…but hey, it’s Liplicious how can you not want to indulge!

Jump!

At the rate I’m going I think I’ll create a Liplicious category since we discuss the damn things so much!

The good folks at the PR agency that handles the Bath and Body Works account took pity on my weird and unusual Liplicious ways and sent over two of the new Royal Collection Lipglosses for me to try out.

Heck, you already know my thoughts on these already but here’s a few deets and swatches!

The collection has four shades and flavors of gloss in a Royal theme. I tried out Kissed by a Prince which is a sparkling subdued fuchsia pink with a watermelon flavor and Princess in Training which is a peachy sparkling shade with cream orange flavor.

The glosses are one of my guilty pleasures. I love Bath and Body Works for thinking up new and exciting ways to package the Liplicious Collection. At $8 each they aren’t always cheap but there is always some BOGO (buy one, get one) offer in the works that cuts the price down a bit.

I love the flavor of the glosses and find them easy to travel with plus the packaging is always some whimsical design, in this case a Royal British Wedding theme…!

Just thought I’d share some swatches from this collection and a brief babble.

Anyone pick up some of the Royal Collection?

Share it!

These are available now at Bath and Body Works.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I saw the orange and pineapple flavors at the Bath and Body Works outlet near my college, and I HAD to have them! I’ll admit it, I’m totally a sucker for royal wedding stuff and anything from Bath and Body Works! =P And the flavors are so yummy!
