Boscia Pore Purifying Black Strips

Boscia brings the first black nose strips to the US with their new Boscia Pore Purifying Black Strips.

Nose strips aren’t a common pick up in the prestigious cosmetic world and are most commonly associated with Biore here in the US however charcoal strips or black strips are very common in the Asian market. Various brands produce nose strips including Shiseido in Asia.

We are sorely lacking…

But thanks to Boscia we now have a new way to attack those pesky blackheads!

This pack of six peels doesn’t come cheap, $15 bucks but they do promise to do battle with your blackheads and draw out impurities while detoxifying and mattifying your shiny nose.

Silica, a natural mineral, controls excess oil while witch hazel extract, a natural astringent, tightens pores.

The strips have a cooling sensation when applied and charcoal powder that draws out the nasties!

The thing is you can get boxes of charcoal strips at many Asian markets from many brands for far less…$15 bucks might prove a little too expensive for some but fans of the brand probably won’t mind in the least.

Available exclusively at Sephora.

I haven’t tried these yet productdoctor so not sure but charcoal strips in general seem to work better for me than Biore!

  • Liz!

I never had luck with the Biore ones but these ones, though a bit spendy, look intriguing to me! I’ve never seen any charcoal ones at Asian markets, I’ll have to keep my eyes open for them.

oh Liz they are plentiful around here ;-D! You should be able to find them, just about every Asian brand has ’em :D!

Thanks for the news of this nose strip. I read it yesterday and purchased it right away. It seems like a regular strip like from Biore or Clean & Clear but my nose felt so soft after I peeled it off and saw the nasties on there. I’m happy I got it and may check out some cheaper versions at an Asian market. 😀

I tried the strips today, but not much was extracted… Would that mean my pores are clean or that the strips arent effective?
