L’Occitane Pivoine Flora Eau de Parfum

L’Occitane embraces the delicate peony flower again this year for their new Pivoine Flora Eau de Parfum. Last year, I quite loved their ode to the Peony flower so I’m curious about this year’s fragrance although it does promise to be a more greenier floral.

Let’s have a look!

This scent combines peony and the sensuality of magnolia in a fragrant cocktail that leaves behind a musky, woody trail.

The note heads in with bergamot which is blended with sparkling grapefruit. Middle notes of the fragrance are a mixture of pivoine, magnolia, and violet with base notes of a lingering, warm vanilla, cedar, and musk.

It’s sounds rather complex for L’Occitane who normally lays down more feminine floral fragrances.

I’m quite eager to try it out.

Thoughts?

I’m interested! I love L’Occitane’s Plum Blossom scent, so I will definitely give this a sniff 🙂

This is so funny, I was just in L’Occitane today & had a sniff of this – to my nose it’s a nice light floral, with a fresh edge to it.

Looking forward to a full review!

I just like the bottle it would go nice with my vanity stuff :)) I didn’t like peony at all. It actually made me sneeze. That doesn’t mean I won’t love this one. I shall try and find it this weekend.
