MAC Surf Baby SunTints Liquid Lip Balm Review, Swatches, Photos
MAC originally released SunTints with the Baby Bloom Collection. For Summer 2011 they bring them back for the Surf Baby Collection.
Here’s a look!
I won’t get into too big a review here as I already did a prior, fuller review of MAC Suntints which you can find by clicking here.
Suntints have always been a fond favorite of mine since the formula is much like a Lipglass but in a squeeze tube. If you’re partial to squeeze tubes and slanted applicators for gloss application, I do believe you’ll love Suntints since it’s like having a lighter version of a Lipglass in different packaging.
These have an SPF 20 and for the most part apply very sheer and very subtly with zero color pay off however the joy in the product is the glossy, shiny finish they leave behind. I love using them on top of lip stains or lipsticks for a bit of pop.
I tried out two shades which were Lilt of Lily a creamy pale pink and Pink Tinge which is a pale shimmery pink.
The downfall is possibly the color pay off on these particularly if you favor gloss with pigment but for those who want a glossy, shiny finish that wears comfortably in the warm wear Suntints will fit the bill easily.
Love these!
If you haven’t tried them prior I do urge you to pick a few of these up when MAC Surf Baby releases on May 26th, 2011.
