Too Faced Bronze-Buki Brush Review
Too Faced keeps a stash of Teddy Bears on a ranch somewhere and uses their hairs to create their super soft brushes.
Kiddin’, kiddin’!
Their brushes are as soft as your favorite teddy bear!
Along with their Summer 2011 Collection, Too Faced introduced their new retractable Bronze-Buki Brush which is a travel friendly brush specially designed to use with your fav bronzers!
Take a peek!
Unlike it’s original kabuki brush the Too Faced Bronze-Buki Brush is created with a layered bristled design much like a fiber brush. This design allows you to pick up just the right amount of bronzer without overdoing it as the softer bristles distributes product evenly onto your face.
One of the key factors of the brush is the super soft synthetic brush hairs (don’t worry, no teddy bears were harmed in the making of this brush). Synthetic brushes can be good to some extent but many shed and have a scratchy texture but Too Faced gets it down just right as the bristles are ultra soft and feel oh so lovely on your face. I read a few reviews that said the brush had problems with shedding but I’m two weeks into using the brush and I haven’t had a problem.
The barrel of the brush is designed in metallic pink and features a twist up dual design that protects the bristles when you place the cap on which in turn makes it super portable and travel friendly without splitting the hairs of the brush.
I used it with both liquids, powders, bronzers, and blushes and it works a treat with all mediums. I’m partial to using it with bronzers those as it’s design was created for such application and excels at it. The shorter hairs versus the longer make for easy application and blending of bronzers on my face.
I’m a fan of Too Faced Brushes in general and their Bronze-Buki is a deserving pick up if your a fond fan of using various bronzing products in the Summer.
