Covergirl Intense Shadowblast

Covergirl takes on cream shadow and primer, all in one baby, this Summer.

Here’s a quickie look at the Covergirl Intense Shadowblast Primer + Rich Shadow.

These are available in eight shades and supposedly combine the benefits of a built in primer with a creamy shadow. If they act as a primer I wonder how they’ll do as a base for powders. They apply with a flocked applicator.

They range of colors covers all bases so you’re looking at blue, green, brown, beige, pink, teal, etc…..

Each is $9.49 at CVS so a bit pricey but if they prove good I’m sure we won’t mind the near $10 bucks to add them to our stash!

Review upcoming shortly!

I got this in beige blast. It’s not a very intense color worn alone though it is pretty and subtle but where I found this really earns it’s keep is as a base under my regular powder shadows. I tried this under Stile’s kitten which is a very similar shade and also under Victoria’s Secret minerals shadow in Coco and it turned it into the most gorgeous chocolate shimmery shade. I suggest u check out beige blaze as a primer Muse.

I recently purchased the beige and brown shade, I use the beige shade on my entire eye and then use the brown shade in the crease and on my lid. It lasted all day and it was a nice subtle look but you could tell I had eye shadow on. I was afraid at first that it may be too shiny but it was fine. I would highly recommend.
