Tarte Glow Your Way To Gorgeous 8 Piece Maracuja & Clay Collection Review, Swatches, Photos

Here it is, the post you’ve been waiting for!

Tarte Glow Your Way To Gorgeous 8 Piece Maracuja & Clay Collection will be available as a QVC Today’s Special Value this weekend but you can already pre-order it.

The set features 8 full size Tarte products plus some great extra and is $49.92 with a value of over $200. The collection is available as a one time purchase or you can purchase the QVC Auto Delivery Option which will lock you in this low price and send out new, seasonal shades of the set in future shipments.

Happy days right?

What did I think?

Take a look!

What you actual get in the set is:

  • Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer (Worldwide Launch)
  • Tarte SmolderEYES waterproof eyeliner Fig (plum brown)
  • Tarte Lip Luster in Sweet (soft pink)
  • Tarte Waterproof Cream Shadow Pot in Shimmering Taupe
  • Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara in Black
  • Tarte 12 Hour Wear Clay Blush in Peaceful (soft rose)
  • Tarte Deluxe Mineral Powder Bronzer in Park Ave Princess
  • Tarte Pure Maracuja Oil Deluxe Sample
  • Tarte Shadow Brush
  • Tarte Blush Brush
  • Tarte Sharpener
  • Tarte Makeup Bag

Although not listed on QVC’s page the deluxe size bronzer powder and sample of Marcuja Oil will be included in the first shipment of your set but not in future deliveries if you you go with the AD option. The oil has a small dropper and is 7ml in size where as the bronzer is 0.11 oz. I just wanted to let you know that indeed, you will get both of these items with your order. The bronzer is a traditional muddy golden shade of brown with a matte finish.

Again, Tarte, as with the World Wonder set, took alot of pains to create a very good value here.

Here’s a break down of pricing.

  • Maracuja Creaseless Concealer Full Size $24.50
  • SmolderEYES Waterproof Eyeliner Full Size $22
  • Lip Luster Full Size $24
  • Waterproof Cream Shadow Pot Full Size $22
  • Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara in Black Full Size $19
  • 12 Hour Wear Clay Blush in Peaceful Full Size $25
  • Shadow Brush and Tarte Blush Brush Full Sizes $27

Total: $180.50

Items I didn’t include in the final cost:

  • Sharpener
  • Bronzer
  • Maracuja Oil
  • Makeup Bag

Although very nice quality, I’m not sure I’d dub the brushes at a $27 price tag however regardless you’re seeing the overall value here.

Another concern was about the new Peaceful blush shade included in the kit. I know many of you were fearful that it was the same as the Glisten color included in the World Wonder Set. I’d like to clarify they are two very different shades. I actually like Glisten more for the record but Peaceful is lovely as well.

Peaceful is a warmer shade of peach. I find it’s a true peach shade and doesn’t have alot of pink to it where as Glisten has a more peachy-pink NARS Orgasm going on. Glisten has considerably more pink in the color than Peaceful does. I thought Peaceful was a semi-matte finish but it does have a bit of barely there sparkle versus Glisten which has a good deal of golden shimmer.

The two shades are nothing alike. So if you already own Glisten, rest assured that Peaceful is an entirely other shade. The 12 Hour Blushes have a great wear time and you can get a full day of color from them. They are pigmented, blend easily, and leave behind a lovely pop of color. They are Tarte’s first true powder blush and quite well done in my opinion!

Another item in the set that I fell in love with was the LipSurgence Natural Lip Luster in Sweet. If you already own Glisten Blush you’ll love this shade as it’s along a similar peachy, pink vein. The LipSurgence Lip Luster’s have a tasty peppermint taste, a medium color pay off, and a moisturizing formula.

For your eyes they have included both a Waterproof Cream Eyeshadow and a Waterproof Eyeliner. I thought the two items mismatched in color as the cream shadow is a Shimmering Taupe and the liner is a plummy aubergine. I’m looking forward to Tivo’ing the presentation on QVC to see how Maureen uses the liner. This is my first try with the liner and I liked it alot. It has a decent wear time on my waterline and I experience no problems with fading or smudging. I used it as an all over color shadow as well and it worked a treat. I’ve already reviewed the Cream Eyeshadows which I really liked, you can see that review by clicking here. I’ve also reviewed Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Lashes! Mascara in a prior post as well which you can see by clicking here.

The two brushes included are very nice. I’m actually grown partial to the blush one and have been using it daily. The brushes are soft and have no shedding problems. The shadow brush is a nice dense tip so it works great with the cream shadow pot.

Now the star of the kit is the Maracuja Creaseless Concealer. I’ve shared some swatches photos here but expect a review of it in another post as it does deserve a review all its own and needs a bit more testing on my end. I don’t know how these compare to the foundation shades as I only have medium in the foundation. I’ll get into more details though in my review!

Overall, Tarte has released another fabulous QVC Special Value. It’s a steal, a deal, and personally I think you NEED it!

Very Muse Approved for purchase.

You can pre-order it now at www.QVC.com If this link doesn’t work try logging into your account first or search item number A218483 and A219234 for Auto Delivery.

    Dooooooooooh!!!!! *hides*

Wow, I think your swatches have sold me! I hope it isn’t just the lighting in the swatch picture, but it makes your skintone look so glowy and purty!

    • 6/28/11 14:36 the Muse:

aw thanks sarah! I THINK I got the lightening decent on the photos and swatches I hope ;D!

  • 6/28/11 14:36 Jessi:

I was going to wait for your review of the set, but I just couldn’t wait and had to order earlier. I’m super excited! Thank you Muse, you lovely enabler, you!

    • 6/28/11 14:38 the Muse:

haha jessi yay glad you got it girl! Wear in health my dear!

  • 6/28/11 14:38 sara:

You look simply Stunning! Mine has shipped and can’t wait! Thanks so much for the swatches!!!

    • 6/28/11 14:40 the Muse:

my pleasure sara update me when it comes? I really wanna hear your thoughts!

  • 6/28/11 14:39 Tammie:

Still don’t think I’ll be getting this set since I mostly want the blush…but I just have to say I really love their blush and need to get more. I have Amused (wearing it right now) and it’s’ so so great.

  • 6/28/11 14:49 Pavlina:

Is this sold out already? Linky no worky!

  • 6/28/11 14:59 Regina:

Getting it!! Thanks SO MUCH for the swatches :) You’re like my cosmetic pusher for real Muse. I save money when you’re on vacay!

    • 6/28/11 15:00 the Muse:

LOL regina ;-D I won’t mind going BACK on vacation if you want ;-D *winks*

  • 6/28/11 15:20 maria:

OMG!! Thanks for this review. I was concerned about the medium I ordered.
because it looked too light in other reviews but now that I see it in your review
I think I chose the right color. I used your swatches for the other TSV to chose
the shade so I am now confident this will work. I think the only think I might give
away or sell on ebay is the blush. It looks too similar to glisten IMO but who
knows, I might change my mind when I get it in my hands. Thanks again.

    • 6/28/11 15:23 the Muse:

my pleasure maria ;-D LMK how the shade works out for you!? I hope it’s perfect! ;-D I think you’ll want to keep the blush, it really is considerably different to glisten ;-D wait and see!

    • 6/28/11 15:26 Tammie:

Maria – if you do end up wanting to sell the blush that would actually work out perfectly for me since that’s the only thing I wanted from the set! If you do want to sell it just email me grimrock@gmail.com and let me know how much you want for it!

      • 6/28/11 21:09 Maria:

Ok, I will let you know if I decide to sell it Tammie.
Muse, I will let you know for sure what I think of the set. The first TSV blew me away. I cancelled shipment of the second delivery but now I’m kicking myself for doing so.

        • 6/29/11 10:10 the Muse:

maria call qvc they might be able to reinstate hun! ;D

        • 6/29/11 12:29 Tammie:

          Thanks :)

  • 6/28/11 15:55 Alison:

Do you happen to know how Peaceful compares to Blissful? I ordered this set a few days ago with just the “soft rose” description for the blush, but given that I already have Blissful and Glisten (among a few others – I’m terrible!), Peaceful might be a bit unnecessary for me. Any thoughts?

    • 6/28/11 16:15 the Muse:

Alison I’m not sure as I don’t believe I own Blissful….I’ll have to check my stash but I don’t think I have that shade. Sorry :-/

    • 6/29/11 2:13 Tish:

Hi Alison. If I may, Blissful appears more guava pink on me than peach. Comparing the Muse’s swatch of Peaceful to my swatches of Blissful, they don’t look similar to me in any way. Hope this helps πŸ˜‰

      • 6/29/11 7:55 Alison:

Actually, that does help. When I swatch Blissful on me, it looks just like the Muse’s swatch of Peaceful… but your post prompted me to also swatch Glisten, which looks VERY different swatched on me than it does on the Muse – amazes me what different skins do to blush. Now I’m really curious about Peaceful. :)

  • 6/28/11 16:33 winni:

I want it! But the link isn’t working and I searched all over the site for it. Maybe it’ll be up this weekend………? And thanks for your lovely review!

  • 6/28/11 16:45 2sillybugs:

Nice review, thanks. Quick question with regard to fragrance in these products. I’ve got allergies and sensitive skin and have no experience with the Maracuja oil in products. I have used argon oil in the past though without any problem. I know it’s from a nut and the maracuja oil is from a flower. I have dry skin also. What are your thoughts. Keep up the good work. Oh, I left a note for you in the comments of the Sephora section, your poduct review of the Instant Moisture Mask (I think it’s called). Thanks!

    • 6/29/11 14:12 the Muse:

hey sillybugs…I find maracuja has a lavender scent….I don’t have sensitivities to fragrance in my product but the scent is pretty up and out there so if lavender isn’t your thing you might want to avoid. I hope this helps!?

Oh thanks! Sorry delayed reply and I didn’t see the comment but promise to answer shortly ;-D I look forward to reading it!

    • 6/29/11 15:42 Majick:

Hey Sillybugs – I am very sensitive to fragrances in my products. ALmost everything is too strong but I didn’t think the Maracuja was a problem. I don’t use it all the time (pure laziness sometimes) but I think because it’s all natural I can tolerate it.
ANything chem though I have real issues (i.e. Tide detergent, any smelly fabric softeners, bath & bodyoworks, et.)
Since you’re only getting a deluxe sample size I really don’t think you could go wrong.
The other tarte products don’t have any fragrance at all that I can detect and I have a super sniffer. :-) Hope that helps.

      • 6/29/11 16:15 2sillybugs:

Thanks Majick, that’s exactly how I roll as well, LOL.

        • 6/29/11 16:24 Majick:

Do you have as hard a time at the gym as I do? Man, someone should tell people that “clean” does not really have a smell. LOL
TIde detergent is ruining my life.

I hope I was able to help you. I think you will not be really bothered my the maracuja, it’s really soft in my opinion and I dont’ remember it lasting all that long.

  • 6/28/11 16:49 TrillianT:

This is such a great value! By the way, you can see Maureen use the entire set on a youtube video:

Thanks for the swatches. I’m glad I went with the medium, and I’m relieved to hear that the Peaceful shade is very different from Glisten!

    • 6/29/11 10:29 the Muse:

      THANKS trillian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that’s helpful!

  • 6/28/11 17:04 Harshleen:

Thanks for your useful review Muse!! I really want to order this set but just not sure what shade of concealer to order for my NC25ish skin….any suggestions?

    • 6/28/11 19:35 the Muse:

hey harshleen was browsing your site trying to come across a pic of you as your icon here is small. I wanna say medium but do you have a bigger photo of yourself so I can rec you a shade? i think i’m nc25 too? I don’t use mac foundations….and I’m medium as these run really light imho!

      • 6/28/11 19:45 Harshleen:

Thanks so much for your suggestion….that’s so sweet of you :) I was also thinking medium shade and just ordered it….your swatches are always helpful. Can’t wait to get my hands on it now…..thanks again to the lovely Muse!

        • 6/29/11 10:16 the Muse:

aw sweet harshleen ;-D glad you got your shade down! Hugs!!!!!!!!

  • 6/28/11 17:10 Noelle:

I am so glad you posted. I almost got “Medium”, but that would have been the wrong shade. Fabulous find-as always!

    • 6/29/11 10:29 the Muse:

aw great noelle glad it helped you!

  • 6/28/11 17:15 frecklesspeckles:

    hi muse,

how does auto delivery work? when i receive my package, i can just cancel the auto delivery option right?

    • 6/29/11 10:28 the Muse:

freckles if you just want the one shipment use the item number code for that shipment. you can cancel AD at ANY time but it’s just easier to do the one time order if you just want the one shade selections rather than future shipments. Does that make sense? πŸ˜€

      • 6/30/11 14:35 frecklesspeckles:

Thanks muse. I just cancelled my original order and went with AD. :)

I got my receipt and it says estimated delivery date is 07/20! Does delivery usually take that long? That’s around a month! I’m up here in Canada tho…

        • 6/30/11 14:42 the Muse:

no way you’ll get before that freckle…! Shouldn’t be that long! ;-D oh wait..didn’t read your full sentence…maybe a little longer for Canada ;-D

          • 6/30/11 15:54 frecklesspeckles:

argh… the excitement is killing me!!!!

          • 6/30/11 15:56 the Muse:

hehe you’re too cute ;-D I can’t wait for you to get it ;D

  • 6/28/11 17:58 Whit:

I cannot wait to get mine! I have a strange question… do you think Glisten is the blush more similar to LORAC Exposed? Would you say Peaceful is a peachy nude? Thanks for the swatches!

    • 6/29/11 10:27 the Muse:

      sorry whit I don’t own exposed…eep!

    • 6/29/11 15:53 Majick:

Glisten and Exposed are similar but I think Lorac is a little more coral? THey are close. I also think Glisten may have just a touch more shimmer than exposed. I don’t have exposed with me today or I could really describe the difference.

  • 6/28/11 17:59 Colleen:

You are absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for the side by side of Glisten & Peaceful. That makes my decision so much easier. Think I have to have this:)

    • 6/29/11 10:25 the Muse:

yay colleen I’m so glad that was helpful hun!

  • 6/28/11 18:01 Nicole:

I’m so mad! I ordered and didn’t do auto delivery! NO!!!!

    • 6/29/11 10:25 the Muse:

nicole cancel and use the AD number hun!

  • 6/28/11 18:22 Liz!:

    This set looks amaaaaaaazing πŸ˜€

  • 6/28/11 19:41 Christine:

Ahhhh, Muse, why do you do this to me?!? After researching every product for about an hour, I took the plunge! Can’t wait till it’s on my doorstep :D.

I’m glad you’re back, but my paycheck prefers that you stay on vacation :P. Oh & I’ve noticed the QVC links never ever work, no matter which one I’m clicking or how many times I refresh. I found it by searching the item number that you gave :).

    • 6/29/11 10:23 the Muse:

yay christine ;-D enjoy hun, wear in health ;-D haha I’m so sorry to your savings honest! ;-D I dunno why I THINK you have to be logged in for it to work? I’m sorry about that girl ;-/ but glad you found it ;D

  • 6/28/11 19:50 Chelsey:

I just received this in the mail today! I ordered it the beginning of last week. SERIOUSLY LOVING IT! I agree, the concealer is the star of the whole kit. The bronzer and maracuja oil sample was the best surprise ever though :) I’ve been itching to try that Park Ave Princess.

  • 6/28/11 19:54 Courtney:

How does the color of the liner compare with the liner in the World Wonder set? I’m super excited, may just have to nab this. I’m trying to work through all I have already before stuff starts going bad but there are just so many products I want!

    • 6/29/11 10:16 the Muse:

this one is a bit deeper court….! :)

  • 6/28/11 21:28 Maria:

Ooooo Pretty!!! I already ordered mine so I’m just waiting for my package to arrive. I’m an NC40 so I ordered the Tan option…but it looks like it might be a bit too dark for me. Can you tell me if the concealer blends well so that it can be a bit forgiving with the shades? Thanks Muse! Oh and Welcome back from your vacay!!

    • 6/29/11 10:15 the Muse:

maria the shades run light so I think tan might be better than choosing medium for nc40 but I’m not an expert at mac shades so don’t quote me there :) I’m testing it now so can’t really say exactly about the blending..it’s take a sec for me to get on board with, very emollient, review upcoming soon though ;-D promise! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! good to be home!

    • 7/13/11 2:53 Hira:

Hey Maria! I am also a NC40 in MAC. Is the Tan option too dark for you? Or should I go with the Medium option? Thanks!

  • 6/28/11 22:22 Josie:

Very cute kit! Now is that a new cream shadow shade? I don’t recall it being in the other ones that came out about a month ago?

    • 6/29/11 10:14 the Muse:

mmm josie shimmering taupe is available already I believe ;D!

  • 6/28/11 23:04 Tish:

It’s a good thing I read through everything even the comments. I had originally ordered medium but had to change it tan since the shades run a little too light. I’ve seen a couple of swatches of it online but couldn’t tell exactly which shade I should get. Maureen Kelly said to go with Medium if unsure but it looks little too light for me. I’m normally a medium — an NC30-35 in mac (depending on how much sun exposure I get) — but I feel like I have to go with Tan. I use medium in TheBalm Time Balm Concealer and it looks the same as Tan. Ahhh… The hassle of ordering online!

Thank you for the swatches and reviews, Muse. Now I’m even more excited to get my grubby hands on this set. I wish I can fast forward to August! :(

    • 6/29/11 10:04 the Muse:

mmm 30-35 should be good on tan tish…but medium might have been better but don’t quote me there. got a pic of yourself that would help ;D my pleasure dear!!!!!!!!!!! tarte def runs lighter so you prob made the best choice, I took pains to get the color swatches just right but they’ll vary from monitor to monitor :(

      • 6/29/11 23:26 Tish:

Hi Muse! I sent you an email. I hope you’d be able to read it in time. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks!

        • 6/29/11 23:52 the Muse:

hey tish! you are GORG girl ;-D I had a little hard time picking the shade for you tbh as you are inbetween the medium and the tan. do you normally go for lighter concealers? as in the one color down rule? If so medium should be ok for. I wanna rec tan but I think it might not work as it might be a tad too dark as it’s an orange-y kinda tan. Medium should do the trick so long as you want to “brighten” your eye up a bit.

          • 6/30/11 11:36 Tish:

Awww! Thanks, Muse! *blush* I knew I was between medium and tan which is why I found it really difficult to pick a shade. I thought tan looked similar to TheBalm Time Balm Concealer in Medium (which I already find a tad dark for me since I wear bronzer all the time :p) but after seeing more swatches of the concealers, I figured that Tan is a smidgen darker than TheBalm Time Balm medium. And since I dread looking like an idiot (pardon me) with even darker circles, I decided to go with medium. I think it should work fine just as long as it’s blended well. So thanks to you, I’m more at peace with my choice.

  • 6/29/11 8:37 Comrade Garlic:

Well there goes another $60. Thanks Tarte and QVC.

  • 6/29/11 10:09 Penny:

Can’t wait to get mine. Hope fair is perfect for me. Most things I’ve read about this said to order a shade darker but, while I am not porcelain, I am fairly fair. It should arrive any day now (have not checked tracking today) so we shall see.

I got the last TSV and have an extra fair foundation if anyone is interested in purchasing it. I have way too much left from the first delivery.

  • 6/29/11 11:12 Nessa:

Absolutely ordering this right now! Thanks for the swatches, Muse! I hope I grabbed the right color (light)! You are such an enabler!
Did you get any of the new tarte True Blood products? I picked up the palette. They are becoming my (expensive) favorite!

    • 6/29/11 11:15 the Muse:

hey nessa yayyyyyyyyyy! I hope light works for you hun! *fingers crossed* but qvc has awesome return policy ;-D I got the stain and the lippie and I’m hopeful the palette will be arriving soon ;-D Did you watch the newest eppy yet? I haven’t had a chance but dying to! ;D

  • 6/29/11 11:26 Nessa:

Good news on the return policy! I’ve never ordered from them before and I am doing the Easy Pay option.
I should be getting the palette today yay!
Funnily enough, I have NEVER watched an episode! Crazy, right?! I am trying to hold off on finishing Dexter Season 5 for a while and just finished Weeds Season 6. I do need to start watching something new, so I’d like to gravitate towards this but there are so many vampire shows out right now, I’m a bit sick of them. But I eventually will give in. Did you read any of the books?

    • 6/29/11 11:30 the Muse:

nessa they offer a $4.95 return label which blah stinks but you can drop off at the PO, first class with confirmation and it’s far cheaper, It’s a pain to get to the PO but they are super about returns on makeup even used products so if the colors don’t work, etc…and you tried them, qvc still offers money back ;-D

yay! I can’t wait to see it in person. It looks lovely however I don’t get a true blood vibe from the shades ;-D OMG seriously?! ;-D ha! You’re in for a treat!!!!!!!!!! I did indeed but I actually stopped mid-way through…I actually enjoy the show more than the books…which is odd! I’m up to date on both Dexter and Weeds. I’m currently trying to watch through game of thrones but it’s a ickle painful…it’s good but not as good as the books imho! I’m also loving Teen Wolf for some odd reason as it’s pretty corny.

but agreed, overdose on vampires lately! :-/ I need more hours in the day to actually watch stuff I tivo ;D!

  • 6/29/11 11:33 Nessa:

I was thinking of reading game of thrones next, but have heard it’s hard to follow. I could NOT get into Teen Wolf, too corny! :) I kept picturing MJF on the roof of a van! :) I tried though, I really did try to get into it.

    • 6/29/11 11:40 the Muse:

if you normally read epic scifi dribble it shouldn’t be a problem. It gets boring sometimes but it’s really something I enjoyed reading through. The scope of the novels is amazing. If you LotR and easily read through that comparable to say the similarion it shouldn’t be a prob ;-D! LOL I thought of that too OMG! seriously thought of that, is it cheesy to say I loved that part of the movie?! LOL! ;-D I actually kinda think the kid who plays Scott is cute…it moves kinda sorta slow? but it isn’t too bad that I’m yawning through it! How about the Killing? It was pretty damn good, kept my interest!

      • 6/29/11 11:44 Nessa:

I am reading a lot of hunger games related books like the giver and knife of never letting go. I didn’t read LotR and I couldn’t sit through those movies, but I will give GoT a shot.
I kept wanting to watch The Killing, but never got around to it. I’ll add that to the list.
Have you seen breaking bad? I haven’t but my friend said it is like Weeds on drugs! :)

        • 6/29/11 14:07 the Muse:

Nessa, I’ve been putting off the hunger games for a while, are they really that great? Any examples of past lit you can compare it to? LoTR is epic for me ;-D I’ve read and reread it so many times. Avoid GoT books and just watch the show, you might like it better..The Killing was fairly good ;-D!!!!!!!!!!! no…:-/ I’ve always wanted to sit down and watch it but never did! ugh that’s another one on the list ;D!

          • 6/29/11 14:54 Nessa:

I thought they were fantastic and the movie for the first book will be coming out next year. Let’s see what to compare it to… Have you read ‘The Giver’? Other than that, I really can’t think of anything…
Good reads has a good description of it and I’m on there, great site for avid readers (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2767052-the-hunger-games)
There’s a lot of jaw dropping moments that really propelled me through the books.
Not really a love story at all (which I like) but I’ve been reading that they’re adding a love story in the movie ugh! Hate that! Definitely worth a read.
There are so many shows/dvds on my list too!

          • 6/29/11 15:04 the Muse:

mmm no I haven’t. I bet get on it though if a movie is out ;-D!!!!!!!!!!!! Have you read Beautiful Creatures yet by the way? I’m a member of goodreads ;-D hehe!

Figures, hollywood always has to get the sex and love in there…le sigh.

          • 7/1/11 11:52 kharanya:

No way, read the books too! The show was great, but still absolutely nothing to approach how stunning the books are.

  • 6/29/11 12:36 Stef:

Thanks for your review…I’m tempted to click “Buy!!!” but could you tell me one thing? Is cycopentasiloxane or any of the other cones listed as one of the main ingredients for the concealer? My skin HATES that stuff. TIA!!!

    • 6/29/11 12:40 the Muse:

stef I’m not sure my tubes of concealer do not have an ingred list sadly :(

      • 6/29/11 12:44 Stef:

    Hi Muse,

Thanks for your review. The colors look great on you, I think I’ll get it too :)

Wondering if you have any info on the colors of future shipments? Really interested to know…

    • 6/29/11 16:17 the Muse:

hi suzanne thanks dear! not yet but hope to have it in my grubby paws soon ;D

      • 6/29/11 16:19 Majick:

I couldn’t get Tarte to budge on telling me the colors either. LOL
BUT – I did find out that between the last TSV and this TSV we are going to end up with all different Tarte brushes! WOO HOO to all of us brush hoes (spelling?) LOL

        • 6/29/11 16:20 the Muse:

          it’s h0rs majick ;-D LOL!

          • 6/29/11 16:21 Majick:

  • 6/29/11 16:24 Suzanne:

When and if you ever get the info from Tarte, please do share :) I just received the second shipment of the last TSV, I’m liking it so far :)
I have a feeling the blush brush may be the same with this set, but it is pretty good! I don’t mind a backup :)
I have been liking Tarte’s QVC TSVs for the past few offerings, their stuff is great!

    • 6/29/11 16:28 the Muse:

but of course dear ;-D def…! Me too, and a good VALUE! they are giving it away for free practically imho!

    • 6/29/11 16:39 Majick:

I LOVE that blush brush and will enjoy having 2 of them. The 2nd 8th wonder kit is GORGEOUS! The bag is particularly nice so I think the bag coming in this new set will be top notch at well.

WHAT am I still doing here? I’m gonna be late for yoga!

  • 6/29/11 16:46 Suzanne:

Seems like the bag that comes with this new kit has partitions inside, great for organizing I think! Maybe the AD for this kit will also come with different bags, like the last TSV :)

    • 6/30/11 11:38 Penny:

Yes, it will come with different bags (and brushes) in each kit. I love the second bag and the third bag is nice too .. looks like quilted satin.

  • 6/29/11 22:29 Maria:

Muse: there is a new item# at QVC for the TSV and it says $60, Anyways, if you scroll down to the top of the description box you can see the sets for the future shipments. You probably already know this but wanted to post anyways. Im not sure about your rules for posting links so I am not doing here but anyone wanting to see what Im taking about just follow these steps. The pics of the sets look GORGEOUS!!! I love tarte. By the way, I am still waiting for my set. It shipped on the 23 by USPS and no tracking, first time ever this is happening.

    • 6/29/11 22:30 Maria:

      Forgot to add item#: A219175

    • 6/30/11 11:30 the Muse:

      thanks Maria!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 6/30/11 12:12 Suzanne:

Did QVC remove the pictures of future shipments? I went and took a look today and I can only find text description :(

    • 6/30/11 14:03 Penny:

Nope, search item # A219175 and then look at the link β€’Check out future shipments—they are there.

  • 6/30/11 14:08 Penny:

If you want to order A-D, you have to use # A219234 for the TSV price. Not sure what the item # is for individual shipment. It isn’t linked on that item #.

  • 6/30/11 16:48 Whit:

Got mine today and I think it’s love! So sad I missed out on the 8th Wonder Sets. :(

  • 7/1/11 11:54 kharanya:

If you don’t opt in for auto-delivery, will you be able to preview the rest of the shipments? I never like to sign up for auto deliveries on anything in case I don’t like whats in them.

  • 7/1/11 13:10 Crissy K:

:( I wish Tarte would sell these through their website . Waaaaa!!

  • 7/2/11 19:13 Crystal Shum:

I purchased the set today and spoke with a QVC representative about the oil & bronzer and she said it does not come with it. When I asked her did it come before and sell out she said she never seen that set? I gave her the item # and she was unable to pull it up. Anyone else try to order it today?

  • 7/5/11 22:55 Farah:

Hey Muse! Do you think peaceful and exposed are similar?

    • 7/6/11 9:57 the Muse:

not sure farah I don’t own exposed hun

  • 7/6/11 22:04 Linda:

Can someone please post the link to what the next kit will look like if you got it on A-D. First time using QVC, I can’t find it and it is really frustrating me.

  • 7/6/11 22:13 Nessa:

Just got mine today and I LOVE it! I want to wear the concealer all over my face! :)

    • 7/6/11 22:14 Nessa:

      b/c it feels fantastic!

  • 7/7/11 15:50 sara:

I must say this is the best kit ever! The concealer is hands down beautiful! Medium fits my nc 25 tone perfectly, and gives me a glow and great coverage at the same time. I was disappointed in the 8th world set as I was between foundation shades. Using it all together makes for one pretty look!
