The Longest Wearing Cheek Stains in the Universe and Beyond!

Cheek stain, loves it hard.

For a long time I only ever wore cheek stain. For serious! Nary a powder or cream blush touched these cheeks it was all about stain and stain was it. My first cheek stain came about at least….10 years or more ago in the form of Morgen Schick Schick Stick Lip & Cheek Stain and till this very day it remains one of my favs ever.

Stains weren’t really something around at the time so Morgen’s version was a bit of a novelty. After that Benetint launched and I was on that one like white on rice and soon after more brands started releasing their version of the cheek stain including Lorac, Revlon, and Stila.

With Summer arriving soon you might want to explore your best cheek stain options that have the longest wear. A blush that will get you through a long day poolside or at the beach. One that will stick around through intense heat, humidity, and sweat….

These are my top two picks for Longest Wearing Cheek Stains!

Jump!

If you want the longest wearing blush around I highly recommend in indulging in either Morgen Schick’s Schick Stick Lip & Cheek Stain (Available in Pink and a Healthy Peach Nude) or Vincent Longo Cheek and Lip Stain (seven shades).

My personal favorite was the Schick Stick but I find that Vincent Longo’s blend a little better and offer a wider selection of colors to choose from however both products have an incredible wear time and pretty much stick around through an entire day, hell, you can prob go 24 hours straight in your blush if you want! Simple cleansing oil will remove ’em or a cleanser of your choice but they will remain in place through a swim in the ocean or the pool if you please and wear well through an intensely hot day.

Not only do you have a great wear without touch ups in between but the shades compliment a tan brilliantly and give a beautiful flush of healthy color to cheeks as well as lips. I always refer to them as having a just been kissed or just out of the cold look on my skin.

If you’re hunting and pecking around for truly great cheek stains to wear this Summer I highly recommend checking these two out!

Loves ’em!

    Hey Muse,

Would you put on cheek stains before or after sunblock/moisturizer? I feel like if you put it on a bare face, products you put over it will just smudge it around, and if you put it OVER, it won’t have that staying power. What do you think?

leah either way is fine hun. I normally apply before my foundation/powder sometimes for a glow from within look. I never experience issues if I use my spf/moisturizer first and apply my stain after…it still sticks around very long just wait a few for your products to absorbs fully before following up with your stain! But if you prefer, under your SPF/moisturizer is fine too! 😀

These look nice! I am loving cheek stains, tints and cream blushes of late.
Hasn’t Benetint been around longer than 10 years? I read it was created in 1977, but I wasn’t sure if it was released at the same time…

honestly, def do not remember that far back lorraine lol! I remember I was about…22? when I got my first bottle so yup 10 years! But as I recall, it was a new product at the time..but maybe it was on the market longer than I realized?!

I have Vincent Long’s lip & cheek stain in Cupid’s Breath, and I love it! I haven’t found another one yet that matched the consistency, the application, and, most importantly when it comes to a stain, the packaging. I would definitely buy more if there was a store around me that carried Vincent Longo.
