bareMinerals Prime Time Eyeshadow

Stop….

It’s primer time.

I really wanted to say hammer time.

I think it’s actually stop, iPad time because MC Hammer is now MC iPad. Boyfriend sponsors or created or concocted or endorses the Zaggmate which is cover with keyboard for the iPad.

Oh well so much for hammer time!

Isn’t he an ordained minster or something too! There is life after Hammer Time!

Well, forget all that, let’s talk about Primer Time! Bare Minerals Prime Time Eyeshadow time to be exact!

Jump!

Bare Minerals Prime Time Eyeshadow is getting rave reviews across the board lately so that has me all kinds of curious. I haven’t personally tried the regular eyeshadow primer they put out because I’m such an Urban Decay Primer Potion devotee (kinda I am…the tube is turning me off lately to UDPP) but add a little color into the mix and I get hyper!

Prime Time Primer Shadows offers a vivid metallic color in a lightweight texture that can be worn alone or with shadows on top. Bare Minerals totes them as the perfect solution for oily lids as they are crease-proof.

Shades Available:

  • Bronzed Twig (iced chocolate)
  • Chroma Violet (ripe plum)
  • Gunmetal (midnight silver)
  • Racing Green (blazing emerald)
  • Sundance (sunlit peach)
  • Urban Nature (delicate moss)

bareMinerals Prime Time Eyeshadows are available now at www.bareescentuals.com

These really work! Trust me, I have the oiliest lids around 😉 I love Urban Nature. I just wish the container wasn’t so small, but all in all, worth it to me.

brilliant cait ;-D happy to hear it! I noticed it was small but first swatch was pigmented so perhaps a little goes a long way is the bonus here?! ;D

I’m really looking for ways to streamline my makeup routine for summer, so I’ll give this a shot.

Hello Muse! I am new to your site, but when I saw “stop. Primer time!” I actually laughed out loud! You’re so funny and insightful. I’ve recently become obsessed with Japanese cosmetics (I know you can identify!) and when I found your site, I literally read it for hours! Thank you so much for providing so much detailed info on cosmetics that many people have never even heard of. You have a fan for life in me.

haha rachel ;-D glad I made you laugh hun! I have a really poor sense of humor…I tend to laugh at my own jokes haha ;-D glad someone enjoyed it too! yay! Asian/Japanese cosmetics rock! ;-D My pleasure, thank you for the kind, kind comment <3!

HA! Do you remember HammerMan? And he had magical shoes and parachute pants?! God, I loved Saturday Morning Cartoons.

I’m terrible with eyeshadows, but I’m all for the “all-in-one” kind of product!

I swatched these at sephora. While I didn’t find the colors exciting at all they definitely blend easily and are true to color.I had a bazillion other lemmings so I skipped but I like when things claim to do something and seem to actually meet the claim so I’m gonna haul one or two soon.

Ooh these look interesting Muse, a wash of cream shadow can be handy for lazy days 🙂

Shame there isn’t a larger range of shades available, but maybe more will be added soon. Are they really only 3ml in size?! That’s tiny but they look quite large in the pics… Will definitely have to check these out in person before shelling out my eurobucks!

sadly they are reme…:( but they are super pigmented so a little goes a very long way ;-D!
