Bath and Body Works Halloween Pumpkin and Skull Antibacterial Hand Soaps Review

Bath and Body Works has a fun round of Halloween themed Antibacterial Deep Cleansing Hand Soaps available at the moment.

Let’s take a peek!

I’m a huge Halloween fan so I picked up both hand soaps they have at available at the moment.

One is a glittery purple skull that has Sweet Pea Hand Soap inside and one is a chubby pumpkin that has Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Hand Soap inside. The Sweet Pea version is a gel where as the the Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin is a foaming wash.

You’ll recognize the pumpkin right away if you’re a long time fan of Bath and Body Works as they offer him every year just in a newly designed bottle. The skull however is new and simply darling.

I personally love Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin as it’s a sweet pumpkin-y scent that isn’t overpowered by too much cinnamon nor is it too much of a foody, cake scent.

I admit I was every so disappointed they choose Sweet Pea as the scent for the skull. I’d have preferred something more Fall-like as I haven’t personally worn the scent since early high school and I actually dislike it overall…it’s just, I dunno, cheap smelling to me. Using it as a scent for Halloween was poorly thought out marketing. The skull, as filthy cute as it is, is kinda impractical since it’s glittery and you’re going to kinda sorta be scared to use it, get it wet, etc…although the glitter is firmly attached to the bottle (you don’t have to worry about dusting glitter off your hands by simply picking this up) I still felt frightened to place it anywhere near my bathroom sink but hey, Halloween only comes once a year right? I can always get another one next year!

Each is $10 which isn’t much however they’ll probably be 75% off within the next month haha…but I’m all about living for the now plus they will probably be sticky, destroyed, or sold out before I get a chance to snag them on sale!

Both are available now at Bath and Body Works.

Curious minds, will you haul them?

The skull is seriously adorable but I don’t think I could stand Sweet Pea enough to use it :[

I love skulls….and sparkly pink ones, sign me up! But the scent isn’t one I’d prefer…I agree, a different scent choice would have been better. :-/ Kinda bummed, but hey, it’s so cute I probably won’t want anyone using it anyway!
