Clinique BB Cream Age Defense BB Cream SPF 30

Tis here.

Well, it was already in Asia but finally we get to see Clinique BB Cream Age Defense BB Cream SPF 30 right here in the USA.

Check it!

If anyone is going to do a BB Cream right I trust that Clinique might be the ones to get it down correctly without an irritating formula that everyone, even sensitive types, can indulge in!

This one step makeup regime offers sun protection, anti-aging benefits, plus coverage for flawless skin.

Clinique’s version comes in two shades and has an SPF 30 with antioxidants for prevention!

This one is $37 and available in two shade selections.

  • Shade 1 (very fair – pink undertone)
  • Shade 2 (very fair to moderately fair – golden undertone)

Available shortly from www.Sephora.com and hopefully soon from Clinique counters and online at www.clinique.com

I’m going to call my counter right now!

$37?? I can get two or maybe three Skinfood ones for that price! But, I’m a sucker so I might still try this 🙂

    • Cee

Haha, I was totally thinking the same thing about the price! But I’m also a sucker in trying out new BB creams so I might try it too. 🙂

  • LouAnne

This is the BB Cream I have been waiting for… Hopefully Clinique will get the US version right!

  • Nene

It’s great to see more & more BB Creams launch here in the US! Can’t wait to check it out (:

  • Juliana

This is VERY exciting news and I would definitely trust the Clinique brand to get this right (let’s hope). I can’t wait to see what you think of it!

  • Chapis714

Cannot wait to try….glad they have a darker shade :-D.
From the Asian Brands which one have you seen good results? I dont know about buying online so Iwas thinking of going to one of my local beauty stores the ones that especialize in Asian brands. Thx!!

    • the Muse

hi chapis I have a ton of reviews under BB Cream Reviews in the archives…that should help 🙂

  • Jessi

Oooh, shade 1 sounds really promising because it sounds exactly like my skin! Muse, do you know of any other BB creams for fair, pink toned skin? I haven’t tried any BBs yet just because I have such hard-to-match skin.

    • the Muse

hey jessi…not really sure hun…it’s hard to say as bb creams range in so many various colors…some are beige, some gray, etc…it’s a hit or miss situation getting just the right shade….not sure on the fair/pink undertone :-/

    • Maggie

Just thought I’d chime in – I’m super fair with pink-toned skin, and I’ve been using The Face Shop HD-perfect BB cream in Light Beige and it works perfectly 🙂 It doesn’t look like it’ll be anywhere close when you get it out of the tube, but once it’s on it works perfectly with my skin tone. I’m incredibly hard to match, too, so I know your pain!

  • Regina

Nothing for us brown gals??! That’s ok, I’m really loving my Smashbox BB cream 🙂

  • Lola Zabeth

I was REALLY excited to hear this, then became sad to read that there are only two shades. Hopefully they will expand the line to include darker shades. Thx for sharing!

  • CucumPear

Oooh, so exciting! I really hope we’ll get this too, because I have a major soft spot for Clinique. And Shade 2 calls my name.

  • Abby

Do you know anything about the shades yet? I could use some advice on which to try. I used to be every American brand’s palest shade until they got paler, and now I’m usually the second or third shade up. I’m quite fair with neutral (maybe a little pinkish), but not Asian levels of fair. Any idea which shade I should go for?

    • the Muse

I’m not sure Abby I haven’t seen these in person. My counter doesn’t have them either yet. Sorry but will update when I can get swatches, review, etc..as always! 🙂

  • Katie

this is exciting! another fragrance free bb cream I can try. the Price hurts though!! I might have to stick w/ the moisture sheer unless the bb cream amazing!

    • the Muse

lol weird question hazel ;-D are you kidding around with me? 🙂

  • Freidra

I tried the Dr. Jart+ water-based BB cream and it has a weird (sunblock) smell. Is that common to BB creams? I’m surely going to give the Clinique BB a try if it doesn’t stink. Finally, being deathly pale is paying off!

  • anita

Can’t wait to read your review. I am hoping that this has physica sun protection and not chemical. Do you know that yet?

  • Maria

Grrrrr! Why don’t they ever make shades for us darker skinned gals? I thought once BB creams started arriving on US shores that we would see them in all shades, not just fair and light (like in Asia). I’ve been dying to try a BB cream, but I just haven’t found anything that would work on my NC40 skin. Thumbs down to Clinique for not bringing more shades!

    • MMM

Smashbox has some BB creams in darker colors, like NC45 colors. =)

  • Louanne

Sephora has this in stock now… got an email and I ordered yesterday.

  • CK

    AHHHHHHH! i’m so excited
i’ve been waiting for a good bbcream to debut in america and i srsly think this could be the one! i <3 clinique skincare because my skin tends to be a drama queen.. hehe.

  • Nia

Sounds nice, but I am always wearing when they claim to have one shade that nearly fits all. Plus why do they not offer a darker shade?

Cannot wait for your review though 🙂
