Bath & Body Works Liplicious Potent Pucker Review, Swatches, Photos

You guys excited about all the Bath & Body Works Halloween Lipglosses releasing? 10! GASP!

Like I need to add 10 more lipglosses to my collection, groan, head desk.

I’ve got my hands on four shades so far but haven’t had luck finding the others but the official release date for those is August 25th anyway so I guess no one has ’em out yet.

Damn!

Let’s take a peek at Potent Pucker.

Bath & Body Works Liplicious Potent Pucker is a candy-like grape flavor. I’d say the flavor kinda tastes like a really sweet grape version of Bubblicious gum. The flavor could be dubbed a bit artificial by some but I personally like it because it really does remind me of Halloween and a big chunky pieces of Bazooka gum (hey, wait, that’s about the way it tastes…grape Bazooka!).

The shade is a paler shade of purple with hints of pink. The color is very subtle and after a second or so of wear time it goes kinda clear on my lips. The Liplicious formula is very thick and glossy but I find the wear time is really short so touch ups are required.

The tube features a set of sexy lips with fangs.

At the moment these are $8 each, a slight raise from the original $7 price tag, but you can can buy two and get one free which evens out the cost slightly.

The Halloween Glosses are available for a limited time at Bath and Body Works.

Will you haul them?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Pretty, pretty color. I’ll pass because I’m not crazy about the design or the scent. Definitely will buy it for one of my friends who’s crazy about anything vaguely related to the Grapist.

    Hey Muse –

My B&B has 3 of the treacherous treats (and I live in NoWheresVille, Midwest) – hauled the candy corn, cookies and scream, and the strawberry boonilla. Each are pretty amazing – candy corn by far the best. Can’t wait for you to try and review.
