Cargo dubs this both a Fall 2011/Holiday 2011 Collection. I can easily see that these shades will work for either season for sure. The warmer shades in the palette look fab for the upcoming cooler weather and all that glitter, sparkle, and shine will be ideal for the Holidays.

Curious about the palette myself.

What do you think?

I like Cargo, I just can’t get past the packaging. It seems very 90s to me. I do want the eye pencil set. Metallic and waterproof, I’m sold.

Ooh, that eyeliner set is calling my name! Last Cargo set I bought I hated everything (gloss disappeared in seconds, eyeshadow crumbled, cheek color emphasized my pores) except the liner! It was a khaki metallic color and amazing on the waterline, albeit smudged a little over time, but totally looked rockstar nonetheless. Methinks I’ll be hauling those liners but I agree with Garlic that they need to revamp their packaging (though that fringey bag isn’t bad…).

Those eyeliner pencils look amazing, but their last set of waterproof eyeliner pencils didn’t impress me.

sigh… if they weren’t metallic (which is the whole selling point) I’d love the colors, but this ol’ gal isn’t/can’t/won’t do metallic!

crumbums…. those are really nice colors too.. WAH! :(

The packaging is very 70s to me – when rock and roll was at it’s prime

I definitely want to try the eye kit. I’m just imagining the smokey eyes now!

wow im psyched for all of these. I love their eyeliners so the set is a good deal to me. I was born in the 70s so this channels my inner rockn roll child :)

The eyeliner kit looks interesting. I swatched the Summer Swimmables ones at my local Penney’s Sephora- and they were smazing on the back of my hand. THe puple , teal and gold all looked winners-and would NOT come off easily even with facial soap and water. I am on budget though so couldn’t buy. IF these holiday ones are not too glitter-fest , and have same formula then they might go onto my Christmas list. ~

How did I miss this post? Boo me!
Anyway, I got the metallic eye set- craziness!! I LOVE the glittery metallic effect and the brush is swank. I am sad to hear that this is for fall/holiday season but I guess it makes it easier on the cash flow! :) cargo does some really great value sets so I was hoping for more around the holidays…maybe tho! :))
    Muse, did you haul anything?
