EOS Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream Review

My best friend swears to the makeup Gods that conditioner is the way to the smoothest, softest shave evers.

I prefer a King of Shaves or EOS Shave Cream.

Both cheapie picks for the softest, smoothest shave ever!

With Back to School on the horizon and Winter ages away (no hibernating your hairy legs away) you might be on the hunt for a good way to get your legs in proper shape.

EOS Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream is super cheap, available in a variety scents, and features a paraben-free formula to get legs smooth and soft while you save.

The formula is made up of natural aloe, oat, and shea butter plus vitamins E and C to leave your skin smooth. This is a non-foaming cream that’s quite thick. If you have drier legs you’ll love how moisturizing it feels and it can easily be used wet or dry for a super close shave!

Scents Available:

  • Pomegranate Raspberry
  • Lavender Jasmine
  • Island Blue
  • Cucumber Melon
  • Vanilla Bliss
  • Sensitive (fragrance free)

Love this stuff!

Very Muse Approved for purchase!

I got mine at Target for $2.99.

Available at Target, Target.com, CVS, Walgreens, or online at store.evolutionofsmooth.com

I just bought the Lavender Jasmine EOS a few days ago and I really like it! The smell is amazing, and so is the texture and moisture from the cream. My only beef with it is that the mineral oil clogs my razor quicker than regular shaving creams.

I love this stuff too, but hate how I can never seem to get the last bit out of the bottle. Do you ever run into this?

    • 8/30/11 9:24 the Muse:

I’ve been wanting to try this for so long! I’ve unfortunately been using just regular bar soap, but I think I’ll take the plunge and try it. And 3 bucks seems like a super reasonable price! Thanks for the review <3

      my pleasure beautiful stranger! :)

only downside its hard to get all the shave cream out once you get towards the end, lol.

    • 8/30/11 9:22 the Muse:

      yeah mara :-/

I take this in stages…first the bottom pound…still use pump…then bottom pound and unscrew pump and use it as a wand. Then I move on to take the pump off and bang in out in my hand as hard as possible….lastly I set invert it overnight and plunge in with my skinniest digit and finger wipe it out.

I should probably just cut the damn thing in half. I can keep using an “empty” bottle for a week using the above technique..but there are usually bruises.

        • 8/31/11 10:47 the Muse:

          it’s a technique crystal LOL!

  • 8/29/11 21:25 Crystal:

Since I started using this my legs are so smooth. I am a chronic shaver…I would shave three times a day if I could. I used to have to shave at night AND first thing in the morning…I am part gorilla. Since using this, I really dont have to do the morning shave.

Only bad part is if I run out, the very first day I use soap or other shave cream I may as well be shaving with fire ants. My legs feel like dragon skin and they are covered in horrible itchy red bumps.

This is my blessing….and my curse

  • 8/29/11 21:25 Fuuka:

I’m with your friend and swear by conditioner. I use a conditioner that I didn’t really like that would otherwise be sitting in my shower.

    • 8/30/11 9:16 the Muse:

fuuka my sis is the same way, I rarely do this though…! ;-D

    • 10/24/11 16:47 the Muse:

      sure sky why not? :)

  • 6/1/12 16:06 Haha:
