Halloween with Ella Dean and Beautiful Twists

It’s an ickle early to worry about Halloween but I’ve already been gathering up bits and bobs to decorate my office and house. If you’re a big fan of Halloween you might want to start checking out Ella Dean’s Etsy Shop, Beautiful Twists, as she’s starting to bring out some of her popular Halloween scents.

I’m recommending her now because her little shop gets mighty busy so placing an order early might not be such a bad idea, less wait time when the holiday does hit.

She has 42 items in her Halloween category at the moment but knowing Ella Dean’s creativity level they’ll probably be more by September.

At the moment I’m loving…

Dracula’s Scary Fruity Cereal Room Spray $7.99
Dracula (nickname ‘Vegan Vampire’)…he’s so with the times, he’s become a vegan, taken up yoga, wears blue contacts (that’s so Paris Hilton of him) & even gets his teeth whitened (sounds like he’s really into his looks, huh?) Dracula also loves fruity cereal & eating salads at midnight.

Magical Mouse Kisses Spell Whitney the Witch’s Vegan Witch Body Mist $7.99
Whitney the Witch is a marvelous cook & fashion designer. She has two lines called ‘Broomstick Designs’ & ‘Woven Spider Web Designs (no spiders were harmed in the process, she loves them).’ She got the fashion designer itch, when she decided there has to be a better place to put your wooden spoon when you’re not using it. So Whitney designed a whole line of witch’s hats with pockets in them (she’s wearing one of her own designs). She started to design broomsticks when she figured broomsticks could be a lot more fun, unique & represent each witch’s own personality. If you do ever eat over at Whitney’s house be careful of the soup, she has been known to put spells in them!!

If you’re curious about Ella Dean and her weird and wacky Etsy shop you can click here and here for a few reviews I’ve done in the past or check the Etsy Musings archive!

Happy early Halloween, it’s never to early to start celebrating as far as I’m concerned!

An off topic P.S.

I decorate my house for every holiday but Halloween is probably the biggest…just a note Terry’s Village and $14.99 Collections have their Halloween treasures up. It’s a great place to start hauling very inexpensive indoor and outdoor decor! I’m not affiliated with these shops, just a recommendation for hauling your ghostly goodies on the cheap! Feel free to share your haunts for great decorations!

Lol! Whuzzup with a vegetarian vampire???? Kinda goofy… that’s the whole reason they’re scary – they’re NOT vegetarians!! Cute, but…. Really???

hi kim, Ella is vegan herself and her products are as well so I guess that’s where she got the idea for a vegan vampire, kinda cute 🙂

Too early to think about Halloween?! Ha!!! It’s been a shit hot summer here and I’m already painting my nails Halloween colors and wishing for fall just for a damn break. Also, the leaves and grass are dead and dying so it already looks like fall outside even though it’s still so hot.

Plus, Halloween is awesome. we don’t do much decorating, but whenever I do it usually stays up year-round. :p Unfortunately, my jack ass cat broke my last pumpkin tea light burner. Dick. Must get more this year.

The other holidays definitely get pushed on us too early. I’ve seen xmas decor at the local craft shops since last month. And since when did Valentine’s day deserve a push immediately after (or just before) xmas? It’s not a real holiday!

……ok….rant about holidays over. I like Halloween. 🙂
