Physicians Formula Raises Its Prices, But Consoles Us with Buy 1, Get 1 Free Sets
Physicians Formula raised its prices….
In a major way, but don’t worry they’ll give you one product free!
Jump!
I was in CVS recently and noticed a display of Physicians Formula that contained dual packs of their popular Happy Booster products as well as their Mineral Glow Pearls. Each duo was a full size of either Happy Booster Blush and Bronzer or Mineral Glow Pearls and Mineral Glow Blush.
I hurried to take my camera out and snap a pic so I could tell you about it just in case anyone doesn’t already own the products and wanted to get in on the Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer but before I could take the picture my eyes landed on the $14.99 price tag. And than the light bulb went off and I thought…”ohhhh, at that price we are actually really paying for both.” I couldn’t recall the price I paid for either of my products so I headed over to the PF display to compare and my eyeballs near popped out of my head. ALL Physicians Powders are now marked (at CVS) a whooping $14.99 versus last year’s price of $11.95 and prior to this $8.99-$9.99 (remember those prices?).
Don’t get me wrong the BOGO offer dual pack is now indeed a good deal as that’s $7.50 per powder but damnyummmmmmm $14.99? You can a MAC Blush for that price. I was shocked the price went up so much in a mere year. In my photos below I took a picture of each pack front and back so you could see what was inside.
Anyway, the dual packs are priced at $14.99 for two full size powders plus CVS has a Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off deal this week so if you don’t already own these now would be a good time to partake particularly with that price hijack.
