Well?

What do you think?

I got the two palettes for $7 since I had some Stila Stars Rewards Bucks. Sweet hauling there! But I think I might have second guessed the purchase if I had to pay full price since the palettes are very similar to last year’s Color Wheel Palette but this year’s is very pretty don’t you think?

Think you’ll haul it?

Holding out for something better?

I was saving my Stila Star rewards bucks for these, too, and ordered the palettes yesterday. I’m looking forward to swatching ’em on my blog 🙂 I think these might be prettier than the color wheels of last year, and I like that the larger one has a full-size Stingray smudgestick and blushes!

    • the Muse

same here sarah ;-D two palettes, couldn’t justify the lipglazes ;-D not sure about the wheel and blush application though, small wells…but we’ll see ;D!

  • Missy

The palettes certainly are beautiful and eye-catching… but not sure how it will work out application-wise. The little ones look sooo tiny.

  • JennaP

I love Stila but for some reason, their eyeshadows really push me away – I’m not sure if it’s because I can never find a matte shadow but them? Maybe I haven’t looked hard enough. These palettes are beautiful though!

  • Cj

First can I just say how cool the palette designs are? They sorta look like Guerlains lids 😛 I’m prob gonna get the lip glaze set, Fantasy sounds really nice.

  • Susan Lewis

Just ordered the lip glaze set. I’m not sure I wanted to struggle with those tiny shadow pieces. But I adore Stila powder shadows as they are so pigmented.

  • Lauren

A lot of the lip glazes are the same as the ones I got in the gift set from last year 🙁 But I really like the ones I have so I might just get the new one as back up! Also the palettes look AMAZING! Can’t wait to see swatches 😀

Hey, Muse! I was googling Too Faced Holiday 2011 (because their holiday offerings are usually epic) and they are naming it “In Your Dreams” which I thought was funny compared to Stila “Dream in Full Color/ Daydream” heh 🙂

  • Casey

I wish I could see the inside then maybe I would purchase it. Whats wrong with me..I cant wear stila lipgloss! It gets all gunky on me after I apply it?

  • theRothstanator

I am not really sure how I feel about these yet. The colors don’t really call to me. Maybe you can swatch when you get yours? 😉

  • Melissa

How do you become a star member? I have a Stila account but didn’t get the offer. Is it a VIP status/dollars spent per year sort of thing?

    • the Muse

it’s a dollars spent status reward system Melissa. You don’t have to do anything to join, stila keeps tracking if your purchased and rewards you with various promos like free shipping, $50-$250 gift certificates, etc….

  • telle

i am looking forward to the review, Muse! I also would love to hear about how this delightfully shaped palette stores too!
btw, AWESOME hauling! congrats!!! such a sweet deal!

i would love to see stila change up their holiday gloss sets, even just a little…like maybe do the full color glosses or some more vibrant colors or something…these are getting very redundant year after year…. :/

  • Sarah S.

Hi Muse! I just got my two dream-catcher-looking palettes this afternoon and I’ve swatched it all up! I have a preview on my blog and I’m going to do a full review later tonight 😀

    • the Muse

I got mine too sarah ;-D posting pics today and will swatch/review soonish ;-D yay! they are gorg right?!

      • Sarah S.

I posted up my full review but I don’t much like my review because it’s like excessively wordy… can’t wait to see what you think!

        • the Muse

I always get too wordy LOL! don’t feel bad, hey, reader’s like to know deets though eh? 🙂

  • Susan Lewis

I just got my Lip glaze set and I love the colors! I’m using Kaleidoscope today over a gorgeous EArden lipstick. A lot of plastic packaging, tho, for a small amount of lip glaze.
