the Balm Time Balm Geranium Face Toner Review
the Balm Time Balm Geranium Face Toner is one of several million new skincare products from the Balm. Yes, they went ALL out when they introduced their skincare collection and they have a variety of toners, moisturizers, eye creams, lotions, potions, and everything else you could humanly want or need for your face and skin.
It’s a pretty big collection!
Anyone try anything from it yet? I purchased the Peppermint Facial Moisturizer and loved it long time!
Here’s my thoughts on the the Balm Time Balm Geranium Face Toner!
Jump!
A face toner with alpha hydroxy acid to not only refresh skin but to firm and exfoliate it!
Whenever I purchase a toner I’m always looking for one that contains AHA as it softens my skin and does away with rough, flaky areas. I was happy to hear that the Balm’s new Geranium Face Toner contained alpha hydroxy acid in the mix as it does leave my skin soft, smooth, and gently hydrated.
The toner comes in a 6 oz bottle with a tiny spout that you can dab onto your cotton pad for easy application. It has a very light, subtle scent that isn’t overpowering and is really barely there. I expected it to smell like Geraniums for some reason and I’d have been hyped about that but it’s the scent is merely a small buzz in the background, no florals here.
The toner is paraben free, cruelty free, synthetic dye free, and made in the USA.
After a few uses I’ll kindly say that I liked it. It’s a basic toner that works fabulous after washing your face to balance things out or prior to moisturizer to prep skin.
Nothing bad here!
- Those seeking a basic toner with a paraben free formula.
- Those needing a toner to use as a prep prior to moisturizer and after cleansing.
- Those expecting super bells and whistles (outside of AHA in the mix you might there isn’t a ton of special “features” here).
There’s oh so much you can say about toner kids! the Balm Time Balm Geranium Face Toner is a nice basic toner that keeps my skin smooth and gently hydrated. It’s a nice prep prior to moisturizer or as a follow up after a good cleanse. I like the added AHA in the mix as this addresses one of my own issues of try, flaky areas on my face. I will say $28 is an ickle high and a shave off of $4-$8 would sweeten the deal for me!
If you’re looking for a basic toner with a paraben free formula this one might be worthy of a check out as it can be used on any skin type.
