Bath & Body Works Liplicious Forbidden Apple Lipgloss Review, Swatches, Photos

I hit pay dirt…I finally found Bath & Body Works Liplicious Forbidden Apple Lipgloss.

I’m positive the ceiling might come crashing down on me now…ha!

Check it!

Well, I’m sad it’s time to close this chapter on Bath & Body Works Halloween Lipglosses! Sniff! It was fun while it lasted. I came, I purchased, I applied, and conquered….yes, all ten flavors are mine now and I couldn’t be happier.

Which did you haul (if any)?

Forbidden Apple takes the great taste of a Candy Apples and hides it in this little gloss. It has a sweet, candy apple taste that’s quite delightful!

The gloss is a swirl of deep purple and red and surprisingly if you’re able to get both shades in the mix of things when you apply you’ll notice it creates this rather nice low key vamp-y look. The color isn’t crazy pigmented but it leaves behind a candy apple smile that much is true.

Liplicious Lipglosses are disappointing in terms of wear but they have a nice gloss finish and a tasty flavor so lipgloss fan girls might be interested in the haul here.

Imma likey!

Available now at Bath and Body Works for $8 or Buy 2, Get 1 Free (mix and match).

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse.
