Lancome Genes Day

On October 21st Lancome will be celebrating Gene’s Day. This is a one-day national fundraising event to support St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

Last year, Lancome raised $300,000 to support life-saving research and treatment led by St. Jude and they hope to double that donation this year during Gene’s Day.

During Genes Day $7 of every purchase of Génifique Youth Activating Concentrate will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital which is one of the world’s premier centers for research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other childhood diseases. If you’d like to try it before purchasing head to www.lancome-usa.com to get your free invitation for a 7 day supply of Génifique that you can pick up at your local Lancome counter. All orders placed on Lancome’s website from 9/29 through 10/14 will include a sample.

I hope you’ll join in and purchase a bottle of Génifique on October 21 as you’ll not only look better on the outside but you’ll feel better on the inside knowing that you helped support St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

    Hi Muse!
You are so beautiful and have the best attitude. I don’t read your blog as much as I used to but it remains wonderful as ever.

In the past I said some mean things to you once. I didn’t mean them, and I am so sorry. I was thinking about them tonight and felt awful for what I said, and I’m so sorry if I hurt you. I know this sounds cryptic, but if you remember, I hope you accept my apology, and if you don’t remember, I’m glad.

You absolutely do not need to post this comment – it’s completely off-topic, but I appreciate how long you’ve kept up blogging. You’re an inspiration. I hope you never stop! Stay fabulous!

Hi atonement! I wanted to email you personally but I think you didn’t put the correct email address in the comment box. Your comment means the world to and your support, thank you so much! It takes a very big heart to say sorry. All is forgiven and forgotten here 🙂 You’re very sweet to apologize for something that’s long since gone! I honestly don’t remember the specific comments but don’t worry 🙂 we are mates now eh? I hope you’ll come out more often and comment and chat with me and other readers, I’d like that very much!

Big hugs to you and thank you, your comment means more than you know!

Wow. That makes me sick. What a con. $7!! For one day! Disgusting. They could have donated their entire profits on sales of genifique for that day, or even better, the full purchase price. It’s ONE day! Vile.

    Hi muse,
I really love your blog and read it religiously but I commented on this Lancome genes day last night and I notice that my comments have not appeared here. I was just wondering why that is? Is it because it was a sponsored post so you are not allowed to have an opinion which is not 100% pro Lancome? I was not just being negative about Lancome for the sake of being a nuisance, I actually feel quite passionately about what I wrote. I hope I didn’t offend or annoy you.
