My Beauty Diary Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Mask Review

My Beauty Diary has a new Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Sheet Mask. Hyaluronic Acid is a nifty little ingredient that I look for in skincare products as it not only hydrates my skin but allows it to retain moisture.

Let’s take a look at these new sheet masks and see how moisturizing they prove to be!

Sorry if you’ve been around for a while…but just a rehash of what a Facial Sheet Mask is for the new readers. Facial Sheet Masks are a popular skincare product in Asia. It’s basically a mask made out of strong cotton fibers which is soaked in lotion or essence, the masks have a cut out for eyes, lips, and nose. Masks are normally quite saturated so they have a super wet feel when you remove them from the package. To use you simply apply the mask to your face and sit around for 20-30 minutes or more. There are various formulas you can choose from that provide moisture, whitening, or anti-aging benefits.

My Beauty Diary is a popular line of Taiwanese Facial Sheet Masks with a variety of formulas. This new one contains Hyaluronic Acid and promises a super moisturizing experience.

I’m a little disappointed with the thinner fiber of My Beauty Diary Masks lately. I appreciate the thinness as it allows the product to penetrate skin easily but I hate how easily they tear when I’m patting them every few minutes during wear time.

The Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Mask has a fresh, lemon-y scent and a thinner consistency essence formula. I thought the formula was thin compared to other My Beauty Diary masks I own and tried in the past which surprised me since this was supposed to be a highly moisturizing mask.

Although it’s not formulated to do I thought my face looked brighter after wear time. The thing I didn’t like about the mask is I felt like it wasn’t as moisturizing as it should have been with the added Hyaluronic Acid in the mix. The mask offered some very nice moisturizing benefits but I have other masks with similar ingredients that do a far better job.

Overall, the mask proves nice but not wow aspiring! If you want a moisturizing mask that contains Hyaluronic Acid that actually works I’d suggest trying Kevin Beautymaker’s Vin Vin selection.

Quite nice but nothing to write home about.

You can get a ten pack of these at imomoko.com for $15.99

(I’m not just a big make-up person) Anyways, I havent notice their mask being thinner yet. i guess that’s a good thing for me. I was wondering which one in your opinion is the best mask for brightening! :] have you tried their eyes masks yet? I’m really curious about the eye mask they have but i actually doubt they will work.. >.>
