I can’t start a review of Clean Skin Eau de Parfum without reliving my geeky childhood. Remember Stand by Me? My friend Christina and I were obsessed with that movie so much so we greeted each other with the very corny, “Gimme some skin” quote handshake unquote.

I haven’t been following the Lush UK Forum but I know they are partying down on October 5th…I had thought this would be when they launch Lush Christmas Holiday 2011….however, they have announced it already both on the UK and NA site…since I haven’t been tracking the going ons maybe this means they’ll have some special Halloween goodies available during the forum party? As it seems Lush has skipped right over Halloween this year…

Do your parents or grandparents go into those major speeches about how when they were little they’d walk to school in six feet of snow without any shoes on and school was 25 miles away….

My dad happens to be a great story teller and he has a dozen stories that involve walking to school in the snow, without any shoes on, while carrying his weight in books.
The reason I’m telling you this is because I probably sound like him when it comes to makeup. Remember when BE used to have glamorous Holiday Collections?
