Rimmel London HD Union Jack Eyeshadow Palettes

I’m not sure how many of you heard about the new Rimmel London HD Union Jack Eyeshadow Palettes. These recently released in the UK and are an interesting design that features four shades of shadow in a Union Jack design.

Rimmel, in my book, has excelled at creating some very nifty eyeshadow palettes lately so when I first laid my eyes on these I instantly wanted to check them out.

Dreams do come true, it can happen to you…thanks to ASOS.

Jump!

ASOS has all the shades of the Rimmel London HD Union Jack Eyeshadow Palettes listed right now. Each palette is a whopping $12 bucks and change…ouch!

But you do get Free Shipping.

I suspect we won’t see these palettes stateside until January/February for a Spring 2012 release and the way drugstore prices are nowadays you’ll probably run into an $8-$8.99 price tag anyway. I’m impatience so I ordered two, I figure I can chalk up the extra amount I paid for each as “I did it for the Queen”.

Here’s a look at ’em if you’re curious!

I snatched up Green Park and English Oak. They look rather stunning don’t they?

Agreed! They look so pretty but I imagine getting the shadow from those tiny corners pieces would be a bit tricky!

But not for the colors, for the closeness to the original.

English Oak looks like a great neutral palette, I think I may pick one up when they’re available stateside!

Union Jack: More drugstore reds?!!? Perhaps the real 2012 will be from all of our makeup desires being fulfilled and then the future is heaven.
