Wen Fall Ginger Pumpkin Cleansing Conditioner

Obviously everyone is full on Fall mode including Wen.

Wen Fall Ginger Pumpkin is limited edition blend of the popular Wen Cleansing Conditioner with a new seasonal formulation of scents that evoke the spirit of fall like pumpkin, vanilla, clove, ginger, and cinnamon!

If you’ve never used the Cleansing Conditioner before it’s a one step cleanser that is made with natural ingredients which do not contain sodium laurel sulfate or other damaging detergents usually found in shampoos, so it wont strip your hair and scalp of natural oils.

I seriously need me some Ginger Pumpkin! It sounds lovely!

I’ve always been curious about these… with a pumpkin scent I might have to take the plunge! Will you review, Muse?

The ginger pumpkin is heavenly. I bought several back ups and some for my mom and sis!

The ginger pumpkin is so awesome. You can smells like a pumpkin latte in the shower, but not overwhelming. Just a great Fall sent.

Dear GOddess I don’t need any more poo but this sounds incredible. I like WEN but switch off from time to time. How can I not get something with pumpkin in the mix?

  • Cj

Call me crazy but I never really had any problems using regular shampoo’s with SLS, I used a Non-SLS shampoo for a couple months and my hair wasn’t any healthier and the color didn’t last any longer

I thought about it at the HSN Beauty Event last week – but didn’t get it. I have oily hair and those cleansing conditioners are awful fo rme – it’s like they are a dirt magnet. And by th end of the day my hair feels disgusting. Now if Chaz did like th hair mask in pumpkin – I’m all over it!

I loveeeeeeee this stuff Laura ;-D but I def feel like I need shampoo too sometimes!

i LOVE Wen!! i have been using it since June and it’s changed my hair for the better! I never knew blonde can be so shiny!

I love the fall pumpkin ginger- it smells like fall down to the t..and the formula is one of my favorites! (I always do 1st cleanse w/tea tree for hair growth then alternate either fig or pom or sweet almond or now pumpkin)

I bought it in the TSY back in sept where 16oz pumpkin, 32oz any other flavor & 12oz of the mist were $49..got 2!

the december seasonal scent is winter vanilla mint which i am equally excited for and same formulation as fall ginger =D

    • the Muse

i didn’t even know they did seasonal scents that vanilla mint sounds amazingz!

      • diane

he just started the seasonal with the pumpkin =) they are supposed to be secret scents until released but new beauty mag showed a pic of winter vanilla mint in an advertisement for the next qvc test tube (which btw i must order bc everything in it is great)

are you a wen girl too?

        • the Muse

interestinggggggggggg! I am indeed. I really like it! I’m normally a lush girl for haircare but after trying a sample last year? or the year before? I fell in lust ;D

Lush R&B is one of my favorite hair products EVER- sadly I can’t use it because my boyfriend & his mom are both severely allergic to something in it. Also loved the smell of Goth Juice and Lush made it go byebye. I never found anything like wen. My friend told me the winter scent smells almost like a york peppermint patty! I can hardly contain myself! lol

omg that sounds so good! I like R&B but Goth Juice doesn’t agree with me, love the name 😀 but the scent not so much!

I hold Healthy Sexy Hair’s Pumpkin Potion Leave-in Conditioner as my favorite smelling hair product ever. Not even the shampoo and conditioners of the same line smell quite as nice as the leave-in (so I use it sparingly…also it tangles my hair so….) . And I’m *always* on the search for a replacement product since the line seems to have been discontinued.

Not sure about getting Wen, though. It’s pretty much just CO (conditioner only) washing, only priced crazy high. I use a cheap ass suave, vo5, or lately whole food’s line conditioner to wash my hair in between shampooings. It cleans without stripping and gives me a little more time before using a harsher wash method. Can’t always go CO, though, eventually even my dry hair and scalp start to suffer from it.

So, yeah, anybody who wants to try CO washing in lieu of Wen can grab a cheap ass conditioner (seriously, the cheap ones work better than something heavy and super conditioning), saturate your wet hair and scalp (yes, scalp, I know it makes you cringe on the inside 🙂 with the conditioner, slap a shower cap on (I feel it does the job better), and go about the rest of your shower business. Leave the conditioner on your hair and scalp for at least five minutes (I tend to go more like 10-15), rinse thoroughly and go. Hair will totally be sleek and shiny, but not crazy voluminously fluffy like if it had been stripped with shampoo. 🙂

I bought WEN about a month ago, and I love it. The pumpkin is my favorite. It makes my hair so soft!

i really do love the smell on this one! also i’ve tried every wen to date and this one is the creamiest in texture. BUT i noticed compared to the other scents, this new one has at least quadruple the amount of ingredients! which for me is a reason i like wen, less “gunk” if you will. i’m still not kicking it out of the shower tho 😉

I love this stuff! My mom bought it for me as a gift. It leaves hair so much more manageable and it really smells amazing!
