Totally have issues with puffy eyes and will attempt anything to rid myself of all that extra baggage.

This is a cooling gel that promises to soften the appearance of fine lines while visibly reducing puffiness with soothing cucumber and caffeine.
This one is a rollerball applicator and I don’t have a particularly great track record with them but I ordered one anyway, curious minds.
