About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Oh Lordy, those colors are gorgeous, but until I can grow a money tree or they pay teachers more money, I cannot afford it. It doesn’t cost a thing to look, eh? <3

Oh man. I just watched at least $200 be reserved for this collection. I mean, but you can’t blame me! The Rouge G fomula is PHENOMENAL and those colors looks freakin’ gorgeous:)

The powder looks like a copy of the Laura Mercier Rose Rendezvous illuminator..very blatant copy, although I think the LM is prettier and more affordable.

I saw a swatch somewhere and while it’s very similar the Guerlain one is pinker and lighter. While the idea of that sort of Illuminator with an embossed flower is very LM-esque, it’s not that close that it’s a total ripoff.

The powder is so pretty but I’d probably wouldn’t ever wear it! That’s the kind of powder that should be framed and hanged in your living room.

I am sooo getting the meteorites compact! Remember the illuminating & mattifying one from last year? I actually hit pan on it like a week ago! I almost cried 😛 lol

That mascara is what I’ve been waiting for! I am definately picking that up. I will pick up the illuminating powder for sure, and possibly the pink eyeshadow palette.

I have been trying desperately to find the Guerlain Meteorites Cruel Gardénia…. I live in a very small town in Kentucky, USA… can you direct me to a good trustworthy website who actually has it? Pretty Please w/ lots of Meteorites on top!
