Jordana Incolor LipShine Glaze Brush On Gloss Review, Swatches, Photos

I’ve reviewed Jordana Incolor Lipshines before and my feelings really haven’t changed on them but I got a few new shades to try out so I thought I’d revisit them in a new review and post.

Let’s take a look, you’ll want to read this one if you’re a beauty budget girl!

If you’re a fond fan of Stila Lipglaze you’ll enjoy Jordana Incolor Lipshines as they sport a similar packaging and formula. Each gloss comes in a click style pen for easy application on the go. Some folks dislike click pens since they aren’t exactly the most hygienic packaging in the world however I really enjoy them. The best bet is to wipe these off after each use! At least you aren’t double dipping as the gloss is housed in the tube prior to a click unlike regular glosses where you swipe (and hopefully wipe off after each use) and place it back into the tube so hey, in some ways this is actually less likely to breed bacteria.

These are available in a variety of flavors, finishes, and colors. The fun part about the glosses is they actually taste like their namesakes. So every single shade you purchase will be not only a different color but also sports a different flavor. Jordana Cosmetics are also made in the US as well which is rare for beauty budget picks!

The colors are nicely pigmented so you get a nice shading on your lips plus each has a glossy finish with some sparkle depending on which shades you purchase (some do not have sparkle or glitter). The gloss wears comfortably without stickiness or tackiness and has a bit of a waxy/silicone-like texture but nothing that’s uncomfortable.

Shades I tried (swatched from top to bottom, left to right):

  • Mochaccino (bronze chocolate with a heavy chocolate fragrance and taste)
  • Candy (soft shimmering fuchsia with a sweet candy taste)
  • Raspberry (shimmering raspberry pink with a raspberry taste and scent)
  • Vanilla Cream (soft beige with a sweeter vanilla taste)
  • Pina Colada (clear crystal shimmer with a Pina Colada taste and fragrance)
  • Pink Grapefruit (soft peachy pink with a pink grapefruit taste and scent)

The downside is the longer you wear the gloss the stranger the taste becomes. It starts out pleasant but for some reason it goes a bit artificial on me. Most important is the wear time is a little short here so you might get two to three hours in prior to needing a touch up.

Overall, at $2 I don’t have alot of nay to say here. I like the formula and the packaging as well. They are a rather decent little lipgloss for those who don’t really have the cash to indulge in Stila’s version!

Cute little gloss at a very inexpensive price tag and well worth purchasing one or two shades for tucking into your makeup bag for touch ups!
