MAC Naturally Mineralize Eyeshadow Daylight Summer Haze Review, Swatches, Photos
I kinda sorta wished that MAC Naturally would have included a nude, natural quad or some nude shades of shadow, not Mineralize Shadows. I normally like Mineralize Shadows but I noticed that they stick around in my stash unused and unloved alot more than regular potted MAC shadows.
But it does look like MAC Naturally has a few shades that might be worthy a pick up!
Mineralize Shadows tend to be quite shimmery with a sheerer pay off compared to the regular MAC line. The colors are baked so they have a fine, silky formula with a good deal of shimmer that sometimes appears frosty. MAC does make the mistake of killing these with glitter sometimes but Daylight and Summer Haze went easy on the shimmer thankfully so they create a soft glow on lids without too much of a disco happening on your lids.
(swatched left to right: Summer Haze and Daylight)
There are five new shades to choose from in the MAC Naturally Collection and two of the colors I have available are Daylight and Summer Haze.
Summer Haze is my favorite of the two it’s a golden peachy beige with swirls of coppery bronze and gold. It’s gorgeous to look out and applies lovely on lids for a dusting of beautiful peach beige.
Daylight is a lighter lavender with peachy bronze veining. The shade comes across as a dirty lavender but has enough lightness that it goes very soft on lids.
I’m not sure you absolutely need any of these but if you’re a MAC fan you might want to step up to your nearest counter for a little swatch and play.
