Mirenesse French Kiss Lip Cocktails Review, Swatches, Photos

Today’s cocktail hour is sponsored by Mirenesse, that is, of course if I enjoyed cocktails.

I avoid them because it turns into this.

Not the band-aid on my cheek thing but the take off all my clothes thing, true story.

But I can enjoy Mirenesse French Kiss Lip Cocktail, alcohol free, clothes on, and they are just as decadent as a pina colada with a bright pink umbrella stuck in it!

Mirenesse French Kiss Lip Cocktails come tucked up in a sexy little envelope with an embossed black lace design that makes you want to tear into it with your teeth. RawRrr!

This paraben-free lipstick has a lightweight texture but it’s fully loaded in the pigment department. I was quite delighted at how incredibly lightweight these lipsticks are. They simply feel as if I have nothing at all on my lips. A whisper soft, hydrating finish packs a powerful color payoff with peptides to keep lips looking full and smooth.

The wear time will vary for everyone but I can get a solid six hours in without the product fading, caking up, or migrating. I saw some minor wear in the seven hour period but absolutely nothing that a quick touch up didn’t help and heck if I wanted to I could easily get away with wearing straight through an eight hour period with minor fading but nothing too dramatic. I think they have a superior formula in not only terms of the lighter texture and a formula which isn’t drying but also the fact they wear so incredibly long.

Mirenesse formulated these with 90% less wax than a typical lipstick so they have a smooth, easy glide across lips and a light as air finish. This might sound bonkers but Mirenesse says that the lipstick brightens up your entire complexion with something called Halosphere Pigment Technology that has light reflecting prisms. Loco but it works. My face looked amazing bright when I wear this lipstick!

Overall, these are a total win. Mirenesse doesn’t offer a bunch of boasting claims when they describe them so it’s a pleasant little surprise when you try them and you’re simply astounded at how great the formula is. If you don’t wear lipstick because it feels too heavy you’ll love how light these are, they are virtually weightless and feel like you have nothing at all on your lips. If you’re seeking a lipstick that wears long and strong with a lightweight feel and beautiful pigmentation these are my pick.

Loves!

You NEED to try at least one shade.

It’s funny that Mirenese sent you product to review-they had a FB deal where you and a friend sign up and get a free lipstick. I’ve yet to get mine, but they flood me with spam email daily which makes me CRANKY.

These look beautiful, so I’m crossing my fingers that my sample does indeed come in the mail.
