It’s Spring, current trend? “Your perfect shade of cheek or lip color” brought to you by your favorite brands.
Next up in the realms of custom lip and cheek color?
She takes on the trend with a new lip product that doubles up as a cheek one too!
Come on out lazy girls! You know you’re out there. Sleeping in your makeup, too lazy when you get home to remove it, for shame! Your mum’s should know what you’ve been up too. Insert waggling finger here.
Goodie for you that cleansing waters are on trend at the moment and everyone and their mother too is introducing one. MAC has one, Sephora, and on the higher end of the playing field, the new NARS Makeup Removing Water. That sounds so pro right? It’s not NARS Cleansing Water its NARS Makeup Removing Water. Posh!
This soap-free, oil-free, and alcohol-free water promises removes face makeup and tones the skin. Thank you NARS for not promising to remove our waterproof mascara. Bless your heart. Nothing is more annoying than a brand of cleansing water that promises to be your end all to removing makeup.
I may or may not be in love with the new NARS Trio Eyeshadow in Douce France.
Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Lipstick gets my vote for cute. Being a collector of Japanese and other Asian cosmetics for many years definitely influenced my taste in makeup. I love packaging that’s sweet and cute. Sadly, we don’t get a ton of cute makeup products in the US, not nearly as much as you’d be able to purchase if you lived in Korea or Japan but occasionally the odd piece pops up and in turn many of us get rather excited about it.
In the case of these new lipsticks from Physicians Formula I think they most definitely fit into the realms of cute and I immediately needed to own them. Heck, the formula could have been downright terrible but the packaging was so amazing I was easily blinded.
But did the quality of the lipstick live up to all that foo-foo packaging?
Take a look!
Brighten up tired eyes? I’m on that.
Between constant computer use at my office plus doing my blog and gaming…well, my eyes, they look tired. On top of that I’m getting to that age where I’m not always looking my freshest in the AM and I need a little helping hand to brighten my eyes up a bit and make them look wide awake and fresh,
Perhaps the new Revlon PhotoReady Eye Primer + Brightener is just the ticket!
