Rain Cosmetics Blood, Sweat, & Tears Collection

Rain Cosmetics Blood Sweat Tears Collection 2012

Blood, Sweat, and Tears…that’s what it takes to run a blog like Musings. I’ve always felt like Musings was a piece of cake to create/do/update/etc…but the past year or two alot more hard work goes into it than I’d ever would have imagined.

It’s like a marriage. I really have to commit to it, treat it well (less it’s server or database goes all wonky on me), and put alot of love and attention into it so it succeeds.

The new Rain Cosmetics Blood, Sweat, & Tears Collection celebrates the hard work you put into looking fabulous or perhaps the hard work you put into your blog to make it look brilliant *wink*.

Blood, Sweat, & Tears is a team of lip products for adding a hint of stain, sparkle, and gloss to lips. You can use them together or separately to create a gorgeous lip look!

  • Blood: A sheer red stain with hydrating properties.
  • Sweat: A touch of pale champagne sparkle.
  • Tears: A clear high shine glaze.

You can buy them as a power house team for $30 or one or two for $12 each. But I’d like to think you need all three. We all have to experience a little Blood, Sweat, & Tears in our daily lives right why not our beauty life too?

I’m not sure I’m into the whole Urban Decay style naming system. If someone asks you what you have on your lips, do you really want to say “sweat” or “tears”? I’ve been meaning to check out their skincare line though.

Oh, I just meant the “edgy”, unconventional sense of it. I’ll stick with adorable and fashionable for my beauty products.

I don’t care what they’re called I want them all! If it’s a great product I don’t care if they call them dirt, rocks and grass. Haha

Oh my, I’ve been looking for a replacement for my ultra sparkly Lancome Star Gloss and this champagne one looks like a good match. Will be too sad when my Star Gloss is gone…..8(
