E.L.F. Studio Lip Balm Swatches

I reviewed the new E.L.F. Studio Lip Balms late last month. I was pretty happy with the shade I tried so I went ahead and purchased a few other shades.

Here are some swatches!

I won’t go into great details about the formula since I’ve already did a full review on the product which you can find here. I will say that I’m enjoying these quite alot. They are a nice little balm that have a hydrating feel, a decent wear time, and gives just the right tint of color to lips.

Peach is a surprisingly pigmented shade of orange-y tangerine that’s completely wearable. Pink proved the subtlest color in the batch I purchased but still had the ability to enhance the natural shade of my own lips.

(Swatched Left to Right: Plum, Nude, Pink, Peach)

(Peach)

(Plum)

(Nude)

(Pink)

I think if you’re a bit strapped for cash they may just fill your sweet tooth if you’re craving thenew shades of Clinique Almost Lipstick. They aren’t exact dupes but they create a rather nice MLBB (my lips but better) lip experience.

Tried ’em?

Do share!

thanks so much for posting about these! i ordered them after seeing your posts and i LOVE them so much right now! it’s what i wanted revlon lip butters to be. the color just melts into my lips and the two i ordered (pink & peach, but i think i want more) are actually much more pigmented on me than the 2 revlon lip butters (pink truffle & peach parfait) i own.
