Smashbox Convertible Coverage 2 in 1 Concealer is a lightweight liquid concealer that can be used wet or dry (what?). Smashbox says you can use it dry to conceal imperfects and wet for sheerer coverage.

The formula contains Photolite pigments that adjust to the surrounding light so your skin never looks chalky.

This reminds me of those watercolor pencils you can get – normal colored pencils and then you put them in water and they turn into watercolors, hehe. This sounds interesting though
