L’Oreal Youth Code Foaming Gel Cleanser

LOreal Youth Code Foaming Gel Cleanser

Haven’t tried L’Oreal’s Youth Code Collection but if you’re a fan they have added a foaming gel cleanser to the catalog.

L’Oreal Youth Code Foaming Gel Cleanser supposedly will cleanses you to younger looks skin (don’t mind me for being skeptical). This foaming cleanser gently exfoliates skin while lifting away makeup and impurities without over drying.

Since its an anti-aging cleanser I’m most curious about whether or not it’ll be drying. Most all cleansers I purchase from the drugstore make my already dry skin tight and flaky so count me curious if L’Oreal’s Youth Code Foaming Gel Cleanser actually succeeds in not drying out skin because if it does, well, what a FAIL for aging skin don’t you agree?

Available now at drugstores for $7.99

I wonder if this is a revamp of the Skin Genesis cleanser?

I really liked it, it didn’t dry out my skin (I am a combo that swings oily to dry) and really did a great job removing everything. Sadly, L’oreal throws in a ton of fragrance so that might be an issue for some. But overall, it was a great gel like cleanser IMO.

I am curious about this, but need to plow through some Aveeno foaming cleanser first, and then I will try it. The price seems good, plus they always have a coupons for skincare floating around.

Hopefully someone who is currently using it can chime in for us

I’m super curious about the whole Youth Code lineup, because I’ve heard its incredibly similar to Lancome’s Genefique…and I’d much rather pay a fraction of the price!

I am a professional makeup artist for MAC Cosmetics in Hollywood..and I heard a client of mine talking about this so I tried it out and I’m hooked! It’s a phenomenal cleaner. I have super oily skin and it takes it all away..plus it smells amazing. I use it with my clarisonic and it gets my face super clean. If you already have skin that’s on the dry side..this may dry your skin out..if not..you should be good to go. I also have the serum and the day/night cream and love them also.
