Napoleon Perdis DeVine Goddess Lipstick Artemis Review & Swatches
Be honest with me…are you one of the select few who can actually work the mod lip look? You lucky b*tch.
Nude lips, mod lips, it’s all the same for me which would be the living dead girl finish. Not pretties.
I can however work the love bitten look of Napoleon Perdis’ new Limited Edition shade of Divine Godness Lipstick in Artemis.
Hey, screeching halt. Artemis isn’t nearly as vibrant as what appears in the Love Unleashed Collection photo. Spill it Napoleon, what’s the model wearin’ on her lips aside from Artemis because speaking for all of us I think we NEED that shade.
On the other hand…Artemis kinda rocks.
She’s a bit of a mod pink lippie but she’s workable which can’t be said of most mod pinks. This bubblegum shade of pink has soft, easy glide and a hydrating cream finish. Mmm that’s two nos for me, cream finish and mod pink. But surprisingly this one works well so long as I don’t over do it. The perfect shade of mod pink are the ones that are sheer and enhance the look of your natural lip color rather than over power it with too much pink and Artemis is just that, the perfect shade of healthy pink that never over powers merely enhances.
The shade gives my lips just the right flush of romantic natural pink that’s very complimentary for Spring and the formula isn’t too shabby either for a cream with a hydrating, lightweight feel that wears comfortably for around for hours.
If nude/mod shades of pink are your bag, you might want to check out Artemis before she disappears.
