OMG. One of my friends has curly hair, and she has conquered it. She read a book called Curly Girl. She has learned to cut her own hair, the correct way for curlier girls, and she uses some of the products that the author sells. She loves her curls now O_o Now if only there was a book that helped me figure out how to my Asian hair to stay in a bun, or barrette.
have to check that book out jes! my hair is a MASS of curls and waves ;D!
Muse, have we actually ever SEEN your hair? It’s always plastered back with a headband. I feel like there should be an unveiling. LOL
I posted pics of it a while ago…like years. I typically do my makeup in the morning before heading to my office and this is the same time I take my FOTD pics so that’s why most of my pics are with it in a bun. I just don’t love it all over the place when I’m working.
I was very interested in this kit too as my hair is extremely curly and frizzy. I decided against it when I read all the reviews on amazon. Check out the naturally curly website – they’ve got some pretty good tips on managing your hair!
be careful!!! i’ve read tons of reviews of this making girls’ hair break off at the scalp, etc. chances are you’d be fine, but i’d be way too terrified to risk my own hair like that!
My concern with products like this is that they seem to equate no frizz with straight. I don’t want to lose the waves/curls, I just don’t want the halo of frizz that comes with them! Look at the before and afters — all straight except for one that was clearly curled after straightening. We go crazy for all sorts of MLBB products, so where’s the MHBB product?
I’ve read some realllllllly horrible reviews on this kit Muse, be careful if you use it!
I just think it’s too hard to do at home by myself… My hair is too curly, hard to work in the back….just a mess….I prefer to go to the salon….:(
