Elizabeth Arden Rose Aurora Liquid Eyeliner Review & Swatches

Elizabeth Arden has released two shades of Liquid Eyeliner with their new Rose Aurora Collection for Summer 2012.

If you’re a fond fan of liquid liners you might want to check these out.

Dontcha love the boxes on these?

I’m not such a great fan of liquid liners do to the fact I’m such a fail at application!

Sniff!

Sigh!

I need a hug and a liquid liner lesson.

If you’re a fan though do check out these Elizabeth Arden Rose Aurora Liquid Eyeliners as they appear to be the bees knees. A nice felt tip application allows for precise lining and a deep, rich pigmented formula gives eyes a dramatic finish!

They come in black and brown and are used in the promo image for the Rose Aurora Collection.

I’m off to practice my lining techniques.

Snatch these up now at your fav Elizabeth Arden counter or online at www.elizabetharden.com

P.S. Today feels like a Jensen kinda day! Enjoy this legendary clip!

It’s ok Muse, I feel your pain!!! Most girls look fabulous with a thick cat-eye drawn on with liquid liner, but for me I a.) fail completely at application, and b.) feel like liquid liner looks too harsh on my small eyes. I think soft, smudgy liner is much better suited to me. These liners look great though! If I DID wear liquid liner, I just might check these out

Good LAWD. That clip never gets old. Jensen gives me “the feeling”. LOL

LOL yeah I get that FEELING a lot when I see the J’s prancing around my telly screen! ;-D

I wish I could love liquid liners but I can’t seem to be in the mood for them. Tried a bunch of ’em and my winged look never looks Adele-y, so I stick with the kohl type liners. Meh @ my inability to werk it! 😉

    Hey Musey,

Liquid liner is tough to master. I always close my eye and pull it tight from the outer corner. If you do that it is a lot easier to make it straight. It also helps to not try and do the whole line at once, do dots, do half a line, dashs, anything really but doing the whole line at once almost always ends up bad looking! I find it much easier to do my liquid liner if it is a pen with a felt tip or a brushtip. My favorite liquid liner is the one by Physician’s Formula, it is in a silver container and thin. I loves it! Have fun practicing and don’t feel bad if it takes a while it took me forever to master liquid liner 😀

I’ve been practicing with the L’Oreal lineur intense over the past few days and I’m kind of failing at it. I spent most of today touching it up/trying to perfect it until I had an Amy Winehouse style cat-eye by the end of the day. Sign me up for those liquid liner lessons! Until then, I’ll stick to my brushes and gel liner. 🙂

me too cat….me too! give me gel any day! plus I still can’t perfect an amy winehouse winged line…! no way! mine line always ends up straight, I want to perfect that flick at the end 🙁

I gave up on Western eyeliners and stick to the brush-type Japanese ones. Rose of Versailles Marie Antoinette Cute Eye in Royal Brown is my favorite! The only other eyeliner I’ll use are the Physician’s Formula liquid+serum ones. But they don’t last all day.
