Lancome Pink Safari Collection Summer 2012

Lancome Pink Safari Collection for Summer 2012 feels like the ghost of Summer past. Y U make me hunt through my own archives Lancome to seek out and show the world that these products have been done before in another makeup life?

At least I’m happy that they aren’t doing another highlighting powder because I admit, I’m a little burned out on the pretty powder front.

Elements of Lancome Summer 2011 and Summer 2010 both make an appearance in the Pink Safari Collection.

Take a look, tell me what you think!

Lancome Pink Safari Aqua Stick $39

Lancome Pink Safari Star Bronzer $46

Lancome Pink Safari Color Design Eye Palette $49.50

Lancome Pink Safari Artliner Waterproof Eye Liner $29.50
Shades:

  • Pink Luxe
  • Gold Passion
  • Bronze Desire

Lancome Pink Safari Color Design Hydra-Balm $22
Shades:

  • Cactus Flower
  • Lotus Blossom
  • Desert Primrose

Pink Safari Juicy Tube $18
Shades:

  • Vanilla Sand
  • Pink Hibiscus
  • Peach Nectar
  • Bronze Cocoa

I think this could prove exciting if you never tried Pink Safari Star Bronzer, which is simply renamed, as it has popped up in another collection before. The bronzer is very nice. But it is disappointing if you already own it….

The liners look like really nice shades so those might hit my cart.

What do you think?

Yay or nay for Lancome Summer 2012?

The Lancome Pink Safari Collection for Summer 2012 will launched April 20th and is available for pre-order from Neiman Marcus.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Oooh I Likey. I wonder how pigmented the hydra balms are. If their sheer, I’ll probably pick one up. Oh and the bottom 3 juicy tubes :P… and maybe the pink liner lol!

me too, I was curious about those but the pink might be too much for me!

The bronzer is beautiful, but I’m assuming all that beauty is just an overlay that will get brushed off? The promo image doesn’t do it for me. The deep skin/ pale pink lips turns me off -____-

over spray city…! it swipes away quickly, but it is gorgeous underneath. I reviewed it two years ago and liked it! Agreed, not so into bronze skin and popping lipstick. not for me anyway
