Beauty Confession: I Need to Change My Clarisonic Brush Head But…

(Pictured above the new Clarisonic Summer Rose print)

Beauty confession…

When it’s time to change the brush head on my Clarisonic…..

Instead of just replacing the head I feel like replacing the entire brush.

Damn Clarisonic for introducing new shades and colors every month.

Why?!

Do you ever feel this way?

Baaaad girl! I got the acne brush head, I’m kind of on the fence with it. I don’t think it lathers any different from the other heads. Maybe a tiny bit more… but that could just be me wanting it to lol.

LOL I know that feeling oh so well, “it’s working it’s really working…” aw no its not! Da-Nile isn’t just a river in Egypt ;-D

it’s like pokemon disease; gotta catch ’em all! i have a boring, white knock off so when clarisonic does release the new ones i really want one even though what i have works perfectly fine. I think that it’s the thrill of a new purchase, be it make-up, purses, clothes or whatever. It’s exciting to get new stuff to add to the stuff you already have.

    • the Muse

LOL ruth tell me ’bout it! AGREED that’s exactly what it is!

still holding out on getting a clarisonic despite qvc’s not so subliminal messaging, really worth the plunge? and do you think it’s ok for sensitive skin? i shall ck back in your reviews……

    • the Muse

i HATED it at first d. Bit now I feel like I can’t leave without it…not SURE on sensitive skin…I hear mixed results…but on my drier skin seems to really aided in resurfacing my skin big time.

You should check out the Sirius Skinsonic. Same sonic technology as the Clarisonic for 1/3 the price. I read LOTS of reviews and watched youtube videos before I got mine, both straight reviews as well as reviews comparing it to the Clarisonic. I love it!

i have the white one … of course I would like one of the new colors but soooo not worth it

i am considering buying one when i go shopping in the states next month but am not sure if it is worth the money. i have combination and relatively clear skin. i’m not unhappy with my skin, so i can’t decide if it is worth it or not. what if it doesn’t make a difference?! what do you think?

WORD, Muse! I got the original Mia in white (like 4 years ago) and I’ve been drooling over colors and patterns for ages… I keep wishing it would have an unfortunately accident… of course, if it fell in the toilet it probably wouldn’t die because the suckah is waterproof… so somehow it’s got to fall off my roof or something! Why don’t you just die, boring white Mia!

    • the Muse

lmao I wish mine would have an accident too maybe I can leave it on my vanity and casually drop it off onto the floor, OOPS my arm hits it ;-D lol!

Girl, get that man in your life to buy you the MIA of your dreams for your birthday, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, whatever occasion you can think of to get that vivid new pattern! Lol

  • Comrade Garlic

I’m really surprised that there isn’t anybody on Esty that has Clairsonic skins.

    • the Muse

damn that’s a great idea let’s go into business comrade!

I swear they do this to us on purpose. I held out on purchasing my clarisonic for a while and then finally caved a while ago when it was a TSV on qvc, and because of the adorable pattern…pink with white polka dots. Now I see this one and am trying to make up some nonsense in my head about how it might be a great idea to have a morning clarisonic and a night clarisonic…….

    • the Muse

LMAO amanda what a GREAT excuse you ROCK! I’m using that! :-D! I did that last year with mia…I told myself that mia is great when I am away on weekends in the Summer lol! and it was a good investment ;-D

hi. i got my Clarisonic at the end of December and I love it. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. But over the last couple of weeks I have been breaking out and I am not sure why! How do you know when to change the brush head? I got a new brush in the end of Jan. I got the Mia 1 with the sensitive brush head at first then got the regular brush in the end of jan. Also changed cleansers to Dr. Dennis Gross foam cleanser which I didn’t like. Now I am back to my regular one but still breaking out. Any advice?
