Chanel Le Crayon Khol Intense Eye Pencil Peach Cuivre Review & Swatches
Although my obsession with peach, coral, and tangerine has cooled slightly, the fever, I assure you, is very much alive and kicking! And it burns brighter courtesy the Chane Le Crayon Kohl Intense Eye Pencil in Peach Cuivre.
This delicate shade of golden peach eyeliner is all the rage for me currently.
Take a peek!
Released with the Chanel 2012 Summer Collection, this eye pencil is a gorgeous shade of sheer golden peach. I couldn’t help but wish someone (Chanel perhaps?) would put out an eyeshadow in the same shade. It’s delicate, completely wearable, and has just the right amount of sparkle to light eyes up.
If you want to cheat you can apply it all over your lid, blend, and set it with a dusting of translucent powder. Works great as a cream eyeshadow using this method.
I run across so many shades of peach but this is such a lovely accent shade as it isn’t overly loud or too bold. The color has just the right amount of gold versus peach that allows you to pair it with a nude, natural look that contains gold, peach, or even browns and bronzes.
The formula is a little tricky here as it runs far from creamy (I felt it was a little harder) but rubbing it on your arm to warm it up helps things along.
If you’re as obsessed with peach as I am you might want to check this one out.
Loving it!
