MAC Styleseeker Lipglass Review & Swatches
MAC Styleseeker launched while I was away. Did anyone grab anything from this collection? It looks a little meh at a glance but there are actually some great pieces in this launch so don’t overlook it.
I’m in love with the lipglasses, so much so I’m considering a back up of a shade or two.
Let’s take a look at the MAC Styleseeker Lipglass shades I’m loving!
The lipglasses from MAC Styleseeker are not to be overlooked in my opinion. These are some of the nicest shades I’ve seen in a while from MAC plus they are ideal for Fall looks.
The collection includes four limited edition shades. I got two press samples to play with but I quickly logged onto MAC today and proceeded to buy backups of all the colors. It’s quite rare I do backups anymore but these just called to me as keeper shades.
Electric Edge is a lightly burned orange that proves very wearable for me. As you know from many of my whining past posts, I can’t really do orange. But this color proves very easy to wear. The color has a nice warmth to it with a hint of peach, I think that peach is what makes it so easy to wear.
The other shade I am absolutely in love with is Restless. This is a dark bronze but it has hints of maroon, golden shimmer, and a little bit of red to it. It’s a complex shade that’s truly lovely for Fall.
Electric Edge and Restless
Restless
Electric Edge
I think I love the colors so much because they remind me of newly fallen leaves.
Overall, these are incredible shades. One of the things that makes them so great is the fact they are so opaque. The colors have a very rich color pay off so what you see in the tube is what you’ll get on your lips.
Restless
Electric Edge
Absolutely adore these.
Don’t write MAC Styleseeker off, it has some great shades in the launch such as these lipglasses.
Winning!
Very Muse Approved for purchase.
I’d consider picking up both these colors if I were you.
