Garnier Fructis Fall Fight Collection

Garnier Fructis Fall Flight Collection

Let me tell you I could sure use some new Garnier Fall Flight Shampoo and Conditioner. I have long, wavy, heavy hair and I swear with the amount of hair loss I see daily I could create a new person or at least a really nice wig!

It’s a fact of life, we lose 50 to 100 strands of hair daily. Healthy hair sheds telogen (hair that is ready to fall off) hairs daily. As for me I figure I could double the number to 200-300. Heck, if you want, you can triple it and I’d still have plenty of hair left over to make that extra person I was talking about. A cloned me would be rather awesome, my clone could be used exclusively to write blog posts yes?

Get a non-silicon shampoo and/or conditioner. (Ichikami is good one) Silicon is known reason for hair fall-out it sticks to the hair at the root, makes it heavy and causes fall out.

Oooh interesting. My hair is very thin and it doesn’t need a lot to start to break or even to fall out, so it sounds like this line is perfect for me.

I’d probably use the spray, but I’ve never particularly enjoyed Garnier shampoo or conditioner.

I tried this. I hate to say it but it did not work at all for me. I think I just need to get my hair cut shorter.

Have you seen the new say yes to carrots line? They have one for scalp relief, I really want to try it. I think it would help with shedding, the ingredients look promising.

I, for one, would be afraid at how massively thick my mane would be if I stopped losing as much hair.

I just wish I could brush it all out at the beginning of the day and not shed more during it. Nothing more annoying than a strand of loose hair hanging out on my arm or something.

After this post, I bought the shampoo and conditioner. I started using the two since Friday and they kind of work. Of course, some hair will fall out during the shower but to my surprise, I don’t really see any hair fall out when I run my fingers through my hair during the rest of the day.

I have super long , xtra super thick hair. I’ve used this product for about 2 months now. I haven’t noticed any difference about losing hair in the shower but I have noticed a difference while blow drying and after styling. Throughout the day I’ve noticed less hair , somedays none , on my clothing. When I brush my hair throughout the day and before I go to bed I’ve noticed a substantial decrease in the amount of hair that’s I’m my brush. So as for me , I’m kind of impressed ! It’s shocking actually. lol
