Philosophy The Gingerbread Man Hot Salt Scrub Holiday 2012 Review
Guess who’s back for Holiday 2012? Philosophy’s Gingerbread Man ($25)!
And just in time too because my dry legs are in need of a little exfoliating. And his jumbo 23 oz size should get me through the winter hopefully.
Philosophy wrapped this scrub up in a cute little gingham box with ribbon all ready for gifting. He’s the perfect little gift for your mail girl, friend, as a house warming gift during a Holiday party, or as a Secret Santa pressie.
Don’t let the name fool you he isn’t technically scented like spicy Holiday gingerbread. He actually smells more like ginger ale. Pop him into the shower with you and smooth on rough elbows, knees, legs, anywhere you need to exfoliate dry, dead winter skin. The grainy yet gentle scrub warms up as you scrub. I love how it gets all hot as I rub it in. Although it is a chunky salt scrub it washes clean away and doesn’t leave my skin tight or dry after use. It does an excellent job of buffing away dry, flaky skin and gets my legs, elbows, knees, etc…nice and silky smooth.
Just be careful! He’s a bit oily so don’t slip and fall while using him in the shower.
Philosophy is my all time favorite go to for Hot Salt Scrubs so I definitely suggesting checking out either the Gingerbread Man or another fond favorite releasing for the Holidays, Candy Cane!
