Boots No 7 Instant Radiance Beauty Balm Review & Swatches

I have a great love affair with Clarins Beauty Flash Balm but Boots No 7 Instant Radiance Beauty Balm ($15.99) is cheaper and it makes my skin glow with health and vitality.

I’ll take it.

Anything to ease the dull, tired look of my stressed out skin please.

This water based moisturizer slash primer hybrid can be used as a lightweight, hydrating daily facial cream or as a primer prior to makeup to add instant radiance and glow to skin! The “Beauty Balm” name is confusing as one would think they are referencing a BB Cream but that it is not.

This is simply a highlighting lotion of sorts that acts somewhat like MAC Strobe Cream. I use it as a base for makeup but you can use it as a lightweight moisturizer or mix it with your favorite liquid foundation to add a bit of moisture and illumination.

It’s pale white with a faint pink iridescence which at first worried me as I don’t do well with “glowy” foundations, powders, or cream products. It actually produces a very subtle glow on my cheeks and face (I circled the area to look for in my pics below. You can just see that glow it lends to my face in the image below!) with a light hydration that eases flaky, less than smooth areas. It makes my face look so bright and carefree.

I suffer from dull, tired looking skin without make up on so I’m always look for the next big fix to correct the issue. Boots No 7 Radiance Beauty Balm delivers that extra radiance my skin needs!

Overall, an excellent pick if you like products like Clarins Flash Balm of MAC Stobe Cream. If you’re skin is looking for that extra bit of glow this will produce it without looking too sparkly or shimmery.

Likey!
