These are a pressed mineral eyeshadow with a semi-matte formula that’s, dare I say, quite nice. I only purchased one shade but I’ll be hauling a few more when I have a chance as I don’t mind these on the lid for no nonsense, easy eye looks. I picked up the shade Beauty Queen which is a pale creamy beige. It makes a great color wash for brightening tired eyes up or prepping for a darker eyeshadow shade.
The formula is a bit powdery and kicks up a fair bit when a brush is applied to the pot. But the shadow has a silky, easy to apply texture that has a smooth finish on lids. The shade had medium pigmentation with a tiny hint of shimmer.
The colors I’ve seen so far are all mattes or semi-mattes but all seem quite beautiful texture wise and on lids.
At this price you can’t afford not to indulge.
Add a few into your next E.L.F. purchase, I think you’ll be surprised how much you like ’em! Fair warning, the shades are all kinda mature versus fun and funky…!
