HadaLabo Tamagohada Daily Face Wash Review

It feels like New York kinda sorta skipped over Autumn this year and headed right for the chilly Wintery weather. It’s been a lot of rain with a nice bite of cold in the air (although today is a gorgeous Fall day).

This has caused my skin to go into havoc mode. I have flaky skin around the sides of my nose, between my brows, and a bit on my cheeks as well. My skin is feeling rather tight and dry to say the least and can’t get enough moisture. Never mind the dullness…!

This is why I need to select a good cleansing wash because many dry my skin out even further.

HadaLabo Tamagohada Daily Face Wash is the perfect daily creamy cleansing wash that keeps my skin soft and smooth after each use.

HadaLabo Tamagohada Daily Face Wash contains alpha hydroxy acid for sloughing off dead skin cells to reveal brighter skin. It also acts to unclog pores and remove dirt and oil with constant use.

I’ve read many reviews suggesting this is actually very drying but I honestly have no issues with it. If anything at all it seems to have a great knack for revealing smoother, softer, brighter skin with daily use. I’m unsure how much AHA is exactly in it but it seems to be enough to keep my skin quite happy.

It’s fragrance and mineral oil free with no alcohol content and pretty much brightens after three uses. My duller skin looks much more lively with daily use. It’s a thick, creamy formula that lathers up to a rich foam with water. It doesn’t technically have any scrubbing beads or a grainy texture and relies solely on AHA to exfoliate skin.

Considering how dry my skin has gotten lately I use it daily with my Clarisonic and and see results within a few days of use. Drier skin is smoother, flaky areas are more refined, and my duller skin looks brighter.

Overall, it’s an excellent cleanser for Winter considering how dull and lackluster my skin becomes during the cooler weather. This is an excellent wash for not only removing makeup but also for giving skin back its glow.

Note: Since this contains AHA please be sure to wear sunscreen!

Loves it!

Ooo. By chance do you know if this has salicylic acid in it as well? I’ve been trying to find a good combo cleanser/exfoliater like this but I’m allergic to salicylic acid which tends to be in a lot of the American brands.

Ooh I’m almost finished with my current tube of cleanser… I think I’ll try this one next. Thanks for the review! Btw, I’m in love with the Hadalabo BB cream. Have you tried it?

I have abs I love the formula but it has a few quirks which leads me into this love/hate spiral 😀

Oh this is so ironic, I just opened mine this morning! 😀 Can’t be sure if its suitable for my skin yet but it did seem to tighten my skin a bit, and its definitely a little drying on my skin.

really? I hear a lot of that grace but I didn’t experience it thankfully!

I keep coming back to this cleanser!

“Since this contains AHA please be sure to wear sunscreen!”
The AHA content is extremely low here, and I doubt that it does much. However, whether using AHA products or not, we should always be using sunscreen anyway, right? 🙂

Ooh, wil have to check this out. I hate that flaky skin thing too (I mean really, who loves flaky skin?). Have been trying to combat my stupid dehydrated skin, maybe this will help.

i liked it a lot but don’t think it earned a spot on my Muse Approved list since it is a basic cleanser.
