Kose Clear Turn Q10 Eye Mask Review

Clear Turn is one of Kose’s worst brands in my humblest. They make some rather crummy facial masks and I try to avoid them when possible.

The Kose Clear Turn Q10 Eye Mask are small eye patches enriched with Q10 Lotion to moisturize and improve firmness under eyes. My eyes can use all the moisture they can get but lately I notice they are a bit sleepy and droopy looking if I don’t get enough Zzz’s in so that’s why I indulged in these a few months ago.

Fact, there are far nicer eye masks available in the Asian market than these however, I like how cheap these are and I like how these restore a certain plumpness under my eyes which I haven’t experienced using other hydrating masks.

This is a 10 pack kit which contains two half moon eye patches. You simply place them under eyes and leave them on for 15-20 minutes.

They are supposed to moisturize eyes as they improve elasticity and firmness. For me, they lack moisture. They are kinda dry which is typical for many Clear Turn products. They aren’t winning any awards for improving moisture under my eyes. They do however, work quite well decreasing eye bags due to lack of sleep (not age) and work quite nicely adding a certain plushness or plumpness under eyes so they look more refreshed and a heck of a lot less sleepy.

They contain Glycerin and Hyaluronic Acid which doesn’t necessarily add moisture but does seem to aid my eye cream in retaining moisture. They also contain collagen but I am always skeptical of any skincare from Japan that contains the ingredient as it seems to be in everything and also can’t technically be absorbed into the skin.

I think I paid around $8 per package. I’ve been using them for several months now and keep purchasing them as I do like the overall appearance of my eyes after use.

If you need to decrease puffiness and add a bit of plumping under eyes these are a easy way to do both!
