Dude, the hardest thing in the world about Holiday beauty shopping is choosing a Brush Set. We can sit around and tell ourselves we have far to many brushes and we don’t need more. But the Holiday comes and with it massive brush sets and all that pep talk goes right out the window.
We start reverse pep talking ourselves into actually buying MORE brushes because they are such a good deal.
Sigh…the life of a beauty junkie. We need to spend more money on therapy than beauty.
The Stila Holiday 2012 Brush Set ($28) passed across my desk recently and of course, I instantly had to share it with you!
One variation is never enough for beauty junkies that’s why Lush North Pole Soap comes in two fragrances! Lush created their new Lush North Pole Soap for Holiday 2012 in two different colors with two different fragrances so you get a little variety with your Christmas Shower Cheer.
I picked up the white variation for myself recently from Lush UK and I’m ever so happy I did because it quite reminds me of Lush’s long gone Candy Cane Soap I loved so much.
Swedish blog, Pssion, has posted some really great photos of upcoming L’Oreal products. I’d say it was L’Oreal Spring 2013 for most of these however, L’Oreal has introduced their new Shine Caresse Stains already in US drugstores so….could be we might see more of these products as we progress deeper into Winter.
Take a look!
Still the best deal around the Lorac Bejeweled Take Two Eye Shadow Palette Trio is three great gifts in one!
This palette features three jewel bedazzled compacts featuring four eyeshadows each. I’m kinda in love with the idea of taking one of these breaking it up and pairing it with one of the For the Love of Lipgloss Sets from Tarte. Let’s see broken down that’s ten bucks for the gloss and another $11.60 for a quad so a neat $20 buck gift for a friend plus some extra change to add maybe a brush, a pretty bag, some tissue paper, and a card!
Juice Beauty is the first brand to introduce CC Cream to the US market (and no Olay doesn’t count considering they simply renamed a product they already had available).
CC Creams are the next generation BB Cream and I’m sure you’ll see a ton of it as we head into Winter 2012 and Spring 2013. “CC” stands for Conceal and Correct and offers the same benefits as a BB Cream but in a beefier formula.
