Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede Longwear Lipstick Winter 2012

Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede Longwear Lipstick is just in time for the Winter when dry, chapped lips reign supreme.

Take a look!

Revlon markets these as a food-proof lipstick enriched with shea butter, aloe, and Vitamin E. Not sure about the food-proof claim but highly interested to see how moisturizing they are considering the fact Revlon did such an amazing job with their Lip Butters that were launched a few short months ago.

Each of these is considerably higher though in price as they are $7.99 each! I believe there are sixteen colors total. I hauled a few as I was curious about the formula.

I saw the display at Harmons thanks to reader, Christina, who emailed me about them. I actually never heard of the Harmons she saw them at so I punched it into my navigator, sped over, and hit gold!

Review upcoming!

Have you caught these at your drugstore yet?

not as far as I know vanessa doubt they’d do so many shades and make it LE ;D

hmm packaging looks similar to their colorstay lipsticks that are no longer available, except the tube isn’t completely black and is actually colored.

Does this also have a clear cap where you can see the product? That would be really nice….

BUT….REVLON Y U DO THIS TO ME? TT I’ll be good this time and pick up maybe 2-3 if they are good..I have too many similar shades now! But I love the Balm stains, so does my mom because we both have busy schedules so it’s hard to keep color on our lips, but the balm stain stays on forever ^^

Awe man! I had a total obsession with the lip butters and Colorstay new version (the ones similar to tarte). I have a feeling I will be “collecting” several of these too and hunting my local Walgreens for them!

I’m very curious to see how conditioning these are. My lips are always dry.

I always have high hopes from Revlon in the lippie department! Looking fwd to see your review Muse….

I have to say that these lippies truly are “food-proof” as the display states. I have bought a few of the shades and tried them out over the last few days. Indeed, after eating lunch and sipping my water bottle throughout the day, the color is still there, and hasn’t bled beyond my natural lip line (I didn’t use any lip liner). By this point in wear (4-5 hours), it does feel a bit dry so I put a bit of balm on top. It looks kind of like a stain now and I love it! Doubt it will make 16 hours of wear because I am sure to wipe it off before then.
